Description of Work: The cleaned out and flushed the downspouts with water; bagged the refuse. All went well. They have cleaned my gutters several times over the past few years. Once when I had a roof leak, they were willing to replace the shingles over the leak with some that I had in my garage for a very nominal add-on charge.

Description of Work: Two men arrived Saturday, 04/28/2013 to (1) clean gutters, (2) pressure clean deck and fence surrounding same, (3) pressure clean deck furniture. They began by cleaning deck and I stopped them and asked them to clean the gutters first, since debri would fall to the deck during that process. The man smiled and said he would take care of, but continued the deck cleaning instead and so I called the number and told the person who answered, I would like the men to clean my gutters first, before they continued cleaning my deck. She must have called them because the man cleaning the fence went up on my roof and started cleaning the gutters. They did an okay job, so I paid them $373.00 and tipped the two men by separate check $30.00. I had requested they seal the deck and fence with Thompson's water proofing which they said I would need to call back to schedule since the deck and fence would need to dry first. I called on Monday, spoke with Ross Manning himself and we scheduled the deck, fence sealing for 10 days later because the next Saturday it was expected to rain, so we made it the following Staturday. I then went and put the deck furniture they had left in my yard back on the deck since it was not scheduled to be sealed for another 10 days. To my surprise when I got home from work on Tuesday, 04/30/2013 they had sealed my deck with the furniture on it. There was Thompson's water seal all over my Grill Cover, the back door, all over the furniture, and just puddles of the sealant on the steps and in various areas on the deck, it looked like pools of white paint. I immediately called the number for the company and the told the lady what happened and that I was very upset and asked her to have Ross Manning call me. To date, I have not heard from anyone. Now the deck will have to be recleaned, the furniture recleaned, and the deck sealed (hopefully this time without the furniture being left on it). Oh, by the way, I did receive a call to leave them an additional check for the sealant work for $200.00 which a "supervisor" would pick up. Needless to say, I have no intention of writing that check. Do you feel a tip is in order too?

+ -1 moreCall to company no answer at first try, left msg and it was returned...not same day but was ok. Set up appt. , day they were to show up it rained and was nasty..made call to them to let them know if need to reschedule, no problem just let me know. Did not recieve a call back....appt. time came and went with no response. One to two hours later the guys showed up...was somewhat surprised as I mentioned the weather was bad. Could have rescheduled at this point but did not...( should have ) two guys to clean the windows..they got it done in quick fashion did a good job, The owner called back after his crew left and asked if they showed up, told him yes but late..he was concerned, ask it they did a good job and stated he would send them back if needed. Declined. Would give them another chance as I do not like cleaning windows from a ladder and the price was reasonable.

+ 0 moreThey do a good job. They spend a lot of time. I feel like it's very well priced for what they do. We have a lot of windows and they are here for three hours. So it's great for $149. They are coming tomorrow and all our neighbors use them. They are responsive. They come out whenever they say. Overall they do a good job. They are professional. They do advertise their work. We will use their services again in the future.

They left some thing on my mailbox and I seen that they were rated high on Angie's List as well. I called them because my gutters needed cleaning. They were professional.

+ -1 moreAside from their one hour tardiness, it was a great experience. The men did a wonderful job washing the windows in my house inside and out.
Description of Work: I had an appointment for inside and outside window washing at 9am. At 9:25 I phoned and asked as to their whereabouts and if there had been a change in their plans due to inclement weather forecast. He said they were on their way. At 10 am two men arrived and did a fantastic job of washing my windows inside and out. A friend was visiting and he was impressed and got their business card. Aside from their tardiness, I would definitely recommend them.

+ -1 moreMGM arrived right on time and two workmen started on the outside. Within an hour, two more workmen arrived and began working inside. The entire job took approximately 51/2 hours. Furniture, curtains and drapes were moved aside to clean interior windows and were replaced in their original position when the windows were done. All used paper towels inside and out were collected and taken away. The windows were spotless! Not a streak or smear to be seen. We could not have been more pleased with all aspects of their service. Will certainly call them again.
Description of Work: We have a two story, four bedroom house. The entire back length of the home consists of windows that rise 40 ft above ground level. MGM washed all windows by hand inside and out, and also cleaned two chandeliers.

+ -1 moreThey show up (early) and went about their work in a very efficient and clean manner. The bagged the leaves and left the gutters s*** and span. Great job. Only complaint was that they could have probably sold me on window washing and maybe even a maintenance contract...but did not try. Great job! Don't live with clogged gutters...call these guys!

+ -1 moreFrom the Angie's List entry I made a call (voicemail) to MGM Window Cleaning and on that day got a return call. The representative identified a slot open on the following Monday 9AM (due to a cancellation). Two professionals arrived on time and waited instructions on window selection. I walked one thru the house while the other followed along cleaning the outside of same window. We marked the windows with a piece of tape so not to forget a window. I have a three level house with windows on all three. They had no problems with window heights. I had scraped the window frames earlier to remove flaking paint so windows were easily accessible. Bear in mind that my windows had not been cleaned since the house was built in 1995(sad situation). These guys did a wonderful job. I felt guilty paying them so little.

They even got the ladder back out when I pointed out a missed window at the peak of our house. Extremely pleasant experience!

+ 0 moreI received an unsolicited quote and called to follow up. The quote was reasonable and the company set the cleaning two days later. A team of two showed up precisely on time and explained how they would approach the job. They did what they said, brought all of their own equipment and materials and cleaned up after themselves. The process lasted about 2 1/2 hours. It was difficult to understand the cleaners' responses to my questions but all work was performed satisfactorily and they treated my home respectfully.

+ -1 moreI liked that they came when they were supposed to. I thought they were very fairly priced. They hand washed, each window, It seemed pretty thorough. The downside was they missed a big window and I had to have them come back to do it. However, they sent them out right away to do it. I was a little disappointed because there were a few spots that they missed, but I found the spots were too hard to get off.
