Excellent job - rugs looked brand new. One rug had water and smoke damage, but they got the stains and the odors out.

BASED ON MY MEASUREMENTS, THE REPLACEMENT WINDOWS AND BALANCES WERE ORDERED THOUGH LOWE'S. THESE SHOWED UP WHEN EXPECTED AND FIT PERFECTLY. THIS WAS A VINYL CLAD WOOD WINDOW. I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL AND THEY HAVE ALL BEEN CORRECT AND ON TIME.

The guy was nice, but does not do what we needed done.

Responding to a marketing card advertising whole house window washing - inside and outside - for $159.00, called this company which also does business as APS Windows and Gutter Cleaning. The young lady who answered the phone was very nice and we set up an appointment for having the windows cleaned. The workers showed up on time - actually a bit early. The main worker was nice, said they were there and would get started. Then he did a walk around my house. The worker told me he didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach my back windows. My reply was that the company surely had some ladders tall enough. My house is on the side of a mountain, but so are many others. I can't be the only one with high windows who wants to have them cleaned. Surely a window washing company in Birmingham, AL, knows this and is prepared to handle such windows. The window washer said he'd have to call his boss. I said fine, just have his boss call me to talk about it, but that he and the other worker could get started on those windows which could be reached. After he was on the phone for a while and waiting around for awhile, the man came to ask me if his boss had called me yet. I said that he had not, but they could still start. He said his boss would call me in five or ten minutes, but that they weren't going to start until their boss talked to me. Then they drove off. A week later, I have yet to hear from the boss or to see the window washers again. At this point, of course, they need not bother to call or come back. Now for a house like mine, the advertised price is excellent. I have lots of windows, but the flyer didn't mention any limit (as I recall - I've already tossed the flyer - it specifically mentioned that there was no limit - and quot;any size houseand quot;) and showed a picture of a big house with lots of windows as part of their advertising. The house picture is also a tall house certainly one which would need a tall ladder. Obviously, MGM Professional Windows took one look at my house and decided they didn't want the job, but Angie's List members need to know that this is the way MGM Professional Windows handles their business and that their advertising is misleading and meaningless, seemingly really meaning and quot;just If your windows are few and easily accessibleand quot;.

Good work, punctual. I was very satisfied with job.

We had an 8 a.m. appointment. My husband is handicapped and in a wheelchair. It was a hardship to get him up and dressed and ready to talk to workers that early. They never showed up. When I called the office, the lady said we were on the list and she didn't know why they did not come. In fact, she called later and said she couldn't reach the crew and had no idea where they were. She made an appointment for the next day with another crew at 3 p.m. By 4 they had not arrived and I called the office and left a message. At 4:15 someone called me back and said they were running late but would definitely come. I told them not to bother because we did not feel like they were trustworthy. We were at home all day both days and they could have called us to let us know they were going to be late. I gave them a and quot;Dand quot; only because the price was good.

2 guys showed up right on time and got to work. They were able to clean all my windows, inside and out, in my 3200 Square foot home. Windows look great. No complaints. Excellent price. I would call them again.

MGM responded promptly to our call and were out within 24 hours. Did a great job cleaning all external, filthy windows on a large home for a very reasonable price. Could not be happier.

They cleaned my windows inside and out. They did a good job, my only complaint was that they did not have a ladder long enough to reach my tallest windows. They stood on the sill outside the window to clean it, which was scary.

Arrived promptly. Started to work immediately. We had some communications problems, and after they left I discovered they had not cleaned some picture windows that were important to me. I believe they did not know how to dismantle them. The next day when the sun was shining through some of the windows, they did not appear to be as clean as I had originally thought they were. There are limited providers of the window washing service, so I perhaps would use them in the future. I'd have to think about it. I had no problems with the pressure washing.

The team was pleasant, on time, and paid attention to detail.

Easy to make appointment, although I was confused about the out of town area code. The crew came within 3 days and brought their own supplies. Very good value.

I had used this company once and they were excellent. I scheduled them another time and they stood me up. I scheduled them in July and stressed the need to be prompt because of my schedule. They were more than an hour late and told me they could complete the job with two men in one hour. I did not let them do the job. Ross Manning did not return my calls and did not apologize.

I called Ross after seeing so many good reviews here. He sounded nice on the phone and we set up an appointment for 12:30pm. After they were at least a half-hour late, I tried to call Ross to see if they were coming and no one answered or called me back. Finally, around 1:45pm, two guys who could barely speak English showed up in an unmarked white van. I honestly was not sure if they worked for MGM at first. I believe they did clean the gutters because they left all the debris that they flushed out of them lying in my driveway and on my porch stoop. After my husband came home, he noticed that the gutters were soiled around the edges from where they had hosed out the dirt and there was also leaf litter still on the roof. My husband called Ross and asked him if they would come back to clean up and he said that he'd send them back out that evening or first thing the next morning. No one ever called or came back. I cannot recommend this company.

Job was performed efficiently. Will use company again.

We needed to have our gutters cleaned the next day. The owner returned my call quickly and went out of his way to fit us into an already tight work schedule. The crew were punctual, professional and friendly, and did a great job. They repaired a small leak in the gutter for free (the owner had advised me to purchase a tube of silicone, which they don't carry on the truck), and reattached it where it had come loose from the roof. I definitely recommend this company.

They were on time. They cleaned everything, and their work really stood out. They not only cleaned the windows, but also cleaned the insides, casings and ceilings of the windows, and it was very clean afterwards. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

They are good. They give me an estimate based on the particular needs.

I think they also do pressure washing and gutter cleaning. I have used them several times for washing windows and once to pressure wash the driveway. They were here when they said they would be and did an excellent job. They were courteous, respectful of our home and the fact that we here. They didn't get in our way and were quick. I explained to them and asked them to come early in the morning, as if the sun comes up the windows may streak. I will use them again in the future.

We called on Tuesday to ask for an estimate and ended up scheduling our gutter cleaning right away. Friday the guys arrived about 30 minutes early and got right to work, within an hour they were gone and all six bags of trash were out by the curb. They were quick, efficient, and clean which is exactly what we were hoping for with this experience. We'll be calling them back for this and trying some of their other services in the future. Overall a great experience.

The windows looked fine. Several months later somebody else cleaned the gutters and said that the highest gutters didn't appear to have been cleaned before. I can't be sure they actually missed anything. I was not at home while they worked. I would use them again.
