Very nice fellow who does an excellent job at a very reasonable price. We were in and out of town a lot and the house was being sold so we had a deadline to get it fixed and little opportunity to meet him at the house. Kenny (?) was very flexible and worked within our schedule. The only negative is that he doesn't return calls as well as he should. You can't just sit and wait for him to call you back. After working with him I think the call back problem is the result of his being so busy. There's a big demand for a good plumber with a fair price. Would definitely use him again.

They did great work. They were on site when they said they would be.

Men with back hoe arrived at eight a.m. They let me know they were about to start and if they would need to shut off the water. They back hoed from my meter to the house and disconnected the galvanised pipes and replaced them. They then went under the house and disconnected all the old plumbing and replaced it with new. Kelly then connected all the new plumbing.

He stuck to his estimate and was easy to work with. He did not change the price later and was on time, punctual and worked with my schedule. I have not had any problems.

They were terrific, doing the work quickly and returning a couple of days later once the tilework and grout was completed by another workman and had time to dry. They were reliable and answered my voicemails immediately, even showing up ahead of schedule for the return visit.

K Wood Plumbing was great! We purchased a new dishwasher recently from a big box store. We had trouble with the and quot;installersand quot; sent by that group twice. The 2nd time they came out they broke a valve under the kitchen sink. I found K Wood based on reviews on Angie's List, and called asap. He was across town at 3 pm, but offered to come to our house once he was finished with the job he was doing. He was at our house by 6pm, and he fixed the problem and installed the dishwasher within an hour. We felt that he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and that his price was fair. I am grateful he was able to fit us in instead of having to make an appointment for days later.

He was recommended by our neighborhood hardware store. He lives and works from our neighborhood. He answered the phone without sending me to voice mail. He gave me an estimate over the phone. He arrived EARLY (That's good!). He was quick, professional, and only about 10-15% higher than the "guesstimate" he gave me over the phone. NOTE: It has been so long since the job was done that the price I listed may not be accurate. I may e remembering it to be more than it actually was. Whatever the price was, it seemed only slightly higher than I would have expected. However, his professionalism warranted it.

I am very pleased with this company. Puncuality was given a B because I was expecting them at 8:30 AM, and I called around 9 AM to make sure someone was coming. I was informed that he was answering questions for a customer and as soon as he was finished he would be headed my way. He arrived and took a look at the problem and gave me a verbal estimate. I had a couple of estimates from other companys and his was the best. I asked him to do the work and I was expecting the actual cost to be a little more than the estimate (you know how some will give you a low estimate and tell you the work was a little more than they expected). The final cost was less than the estimate and there was no mess or trash to clean up. I was so pleased I did not mention the discount for Angie's List members. We should have more service providers like this company.

They were great. Knowledgeable. From the time I called them to when they arrived, it was less than 2 hours, I think. They came over right away, got digging, found the leak, explained what had caused it, got someone to bring over the plastic box to go around the PRV, installed it, gave me a 10% Angie's List discount and was done in 2 or 2 1/2 hours. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

This was a classic case of attempting too much as a and quot;do it yourselferand quot;. I purchased a new dishwasher and was sure I could install it myself. The first problem came when I was taking the old machine out and arced a wire that completely blew out a breaker on my electrical panel. While waiting for an electrician, I decided to go ahead and remove the old machine, only to find out a) the shutoff valve to the water did not work and b) the water pressure reduction valve to my house was broken. The resultant high pressure stream of water that shot out of the water supply tube literally soaked my entire kitchen. I finally got the water off to the entire house. I am now sitting without water or electricity to my home and it is late on a Friday evening. After getting an electrician to come out early the next morning (the basis of my other review in Angie's list), I began to call plumbers in my area. The few who did answer said they could work me in on Monday afternoon at the earliest. I then turned to Angie's List and got in touch with K Wood Plumbing. The name seemed a bit odd, but he called me back within 10 minutes and was at my home within two hours right after he finished other jobs (remember - this is Saturday afternoon). When he and his helper arrived, they were friendly and FAST !! My biggest issue was staying out of their way! They hooked up the dishwasher, changed out the water reducer valve, and even fixed a valve on my hot water heater WITHIN 30 MINUTES! Seriously - these guys WORK !!! They were also incredibly reasonable and I even tipped them when they left because I didn't think they charged ENOUGH!!! Based on my experience, you cannot go wrong with these guys !

Don't: They never responded. If a company can't respond, they are totally lacking in professionalism. Would never call them again.

He is professional and very understanding. He came and looked everything over and found I didn't need his services, and he didn't charge me a dime for the service call. When I do need his services, I will definitely call him to do the work.

Reached business on 1st attempt. Scheduled next day service. Representative arrived 15 minutes late but promptly went to work and completed job in a timely fashion. During the job, the individual did take several calls from co-workers concerning other jobs but this did not affect the work on my shower to a great degree. Individual was personable and knowedgeable.

Did a great job from start to finish.

I've used K-Wood several times and it is always a pleasure. He comes as quickly as he can, finds the problem and offers the most economical solution.

K Wood Plumbing came about a day after I called them. He went over with us what was going to be replaced. The work he did was excellent. We haven't had a problem with it since. The price was alright and they didn't leave any mess to clean up.
