+ 1 moreKelly has been promising to repair the tankless water heater with a new isolation valve he ordered in Feb. 2015, but he has not done that. In March 2015, Kelly said he had the part on his truck and "should be able to put it in sometime this week." He never showed up or contacted us at all. When we contacted him by phone on multiple occasions, he always said that he'd be there that day or the next day for sure, but he hasn't made it yet. The quality of his other work is excellent. Tankless water heaters should not leak.
Description of Work: Kelly and his associates installed new plumbing and gas lines in a home addition and did a really good job. The problem was an outdoor tankless water heater that leaked from the first day he installed it -- it's still leaking over a year and a half later.

+ 0 moreThis plumber rocks. He showed up on time, installed the dryer promptly, and noticed that my toilet was leaking (I had asked him to tighten the connection the last time he was here). Without saying a word, he instructed his assistant to replace the supply line, fixing the problem. I consider him to be among the best. Fair, honest, does a good job. What more could I want?

+ 0 moreThe new faucet, on the high pressure side of the water line, began to leak after a few weeks. They came back immediately and replaced it for free with a high pressure faucet. When we moved in February, the new house needed some work. We liked K Wood so much, we used them to run over $1,000 of gas lines in March 2014.

+ -1 moreI called a free estimate and the were able to come out that very same day. The hot water in my bathtub would not turn off and we could not use the shower at all. When they came he explained what needed to be done and gave a price and told me when it could be done. I made an appointment for the next day which was the following Saturday he told he would be here between 8:30-9:00 a.m. At 9:00a.m Saturday I got a call saying he would be an hour and forty-five minutes late. They finally arrive within the time I was told this time and went straight to work and finished quickly. He was very professional but just late.

Only complaint: sometimes difficult to reach. This is a small company where the owner/operator is generally involved with the project-definitely a plus!

+ 0 moreThe problem was not the service (done well) or the cost (reasonable). The problem was in the unprofessional complaining and the bad attitude.
Description of Work: The service technician came on time and took care of the problem we had with our water heater (which is in our attic) in a quick period of time. Turns out the pilot flame had gone out. The technician called up my wife, arranged a time to be there and told her that if the pilot light was out he would not charge anything. Mistake #1- He ended up coming, finding the pilot light was out and charging us $50. The charge was reasonable and we had no problem paying it but he should not have stated that he would charge nothing; mistake number one on his part but easily rectifiable. Mistake #2- He arrived on time and proceeded to complain about his work day, about ungrateful customers, about how hard his job was, about how stupid it was to have water heaters in attics, etc. Very unprofessional. He may have been having a hard day and just wanted to vent but doing it with a first time customer is not a good business decision.
