I called Guin because another plumbing company came out and told me I had a flat spot in my main pipe going to the septic tank. When I explained what was happening to a Guin plumber over the phone he offered to come look at it but also suggested I have the septic tank looked at first. Guin didn't cost me a dime and gave me the best advice over the phone. With that type of business ethics they have made me a customer for life.

Fixed leaky toilet and shower head. Would definitely use them again.

I called for someone to come give an estimate; he called, and came; we agreed to his terms and scheduled his doing t he work on the following Tuesday. He arrived as expected, did the instillation running the drain line to discharge on our paved driveway. So far we've not had enough rain to check.

They were prompt, nice and did a good job.

Martin (I think was the plummer's name) did a great job working fixing the leak in our yard! He showed me how the builder that installed the sprinkler system used very cheap PVC pipe on connecting to our main pipe. He explained and showed how copper should have been used on the direct connection. I think he want to only fix it ONCE!! The right way!

Called first thing in the am with an emergency. Was told it would be late morning someone would be out. To our pleasant surprise Marvin called and arrived early. He was very professional and friendly and resolved our problem in a timely manner. Will definitely use again.

Look, plain and simple; these are the guys you want doing your plumbing. Called them at 8:00 am and told them I had a high water pressure reading 140psi (should be ~50psi). They said they would try to get to me today and call me before they came, but would make it tomorrow at the latest. I get a phone call at 1:15 pm that they can come right over. By 3:30 pm my old pressure regulator had been cut out of the line and a new one soldered in place (it was not a simple replacement.) by a plumber and his apprentice; two of the most affable, careful and customer oriented tradesmen I have ever met. Problem solved; I can sleep tonight with wondering if the pex piping is going to leak/burst.

The gentleman that did my service was nice and knowledgeable. He made sure that he left the area clean when he finished.

Guin was very easy to work with, and had great follow up. I was able to pay over the phone which made it very easy since I was working. Very friendly, professional, and I beleive were fair and honest.

Now I can save water when I shower, as not leaving water run while I shampoo. No hearing water running in the night, because water level in the commode tank leaked down. That other commode, it was hard to be certain the tank would refill after flushing, especially at night!

I didn't use them because they didn't show up at the scheduled time... When I called to find out why they were late they stated the plumber had to go to the MD. They couldn't give me a time. I need someone that will be there when they say, if not at least call me.

After finding the "simple stopped sink drain" was really not a "do it yourself" job, we called 3 plumbers. Guin was the first to call, confirm and arrive. The plumber accessed the situation; was able to use the parts we'd purchased. He determining that he would not have to tear into the wall to clean the drain. He even replaced a part we'd not even considered. He & his helper did go to the roof to make sure all that line was cleaned out.

They were great! Very responsive, on time and very professional. Always clean up their mess and get the job done well and timely.

He was friendly and courteous. He was very professional and helpful. I asked him to hook up the refrigerator and while he was here, I asked about the drain. He gave me the free evaluation, and then fixed this problem as well.

Two men spent half an hour trying to find a leak which, it turned out, was nonexistent. They explained that to our tenant and pointed out that his water bills were actually low for the area.

Guin Service is professionally run and i would absolutely recommend them to my friends, family, and neighbors. I noticed that a ceiling tile in my basement had a water stain on it, so i called the wonderfully polite people at Guin. They were here in no time and fixed the problem quickly. The other AC repair places were either to busy or couldn't properly diagnose the problem. Guin truly saved the day. 100% satisfaction.

They called and wanted to come early. Since I live an hour away from the rental house, this caused me to rush. They answered all my questions and explained the problem; but I felt the cost was more than I wanted to pay for the service.

When I called Guin in my capacity as the VP of the homeowners association and head of the maintenance committee, Guin said they had to have the money in hand upon completion of the job and would not even consider invoicing our management company to be paid. They were not interested in the job at all.

Guin Service came to give an estimate for a gas line capping. After the man was here for a few minutes and told me he couldn't easily fix my problem, he was called away to a plumbing emergency. He assured me he would call me back later that day. Five days later and still now call. The man was friendly while he was here, but I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

I first contacted the plumbing service by email after hours. They responded first thing in the morning and had a plumber at the residence by early afternoon. Everybody involved was extremely pleasant and professional. we could not be more pleased

We realized that the upstairs furnace was not heating on a Saturday morning during a recent cold snap. I have a service contract and called the emergency number. They dispatched a serviceman who arrived about 2 hours later, as promised. He quickly identified a faulty regulatory valve. The repair was delayed while he went to buy the part since he did not have one on the truck, which is not surprising given the age of our furnace. The serviceman then realized that he needed a different wrench to replace the valve, which entailed a trip back to his office. Once he returned the repair was quickly done. The serviceman was polite and apologetic for the delay (about 4 hours) from start to finish. I was quite impressed that he reduced the total bill to compensate for this delay.

I had back flow of sweage drain and called Guin to solve the problem. Mr. Blake Mcdonald and Weston came, and found the sewage drain was completely clogged all the way to the house. They spent three hours to insert cable about 80-90 feet down the pipe, solved the back flow problem. However, they found more root in the pipe which prevented the cable from moving forward or back. A senior plumber Mr. Richard Mcdonald came and made a decision to dig the pipe out after he surveyed the situation with a underground camera. Due to the location of the backyard (hill), they had to dig the pipe manually which was buried five feet under surface. During that time, accumulated dirt in the drain spilled, splashed all over Mr. Blake's body. He was sad but still did his job until it was finished. I was so moved. They finally cleaned the pipe all the way to the main sewage and install a new cleaning valve in the middle of the pipe. I feel so lucky that I had these three gentlemen doing the job. I appreciate their work attitude, ethic and quality. Definitely, I will ask them to do all the plumbing work and heat and air-conditioner maintanence. Many thanks to Richard, Blake and Weston. d

Called and talked with the representative. The plumber arrived at the date and time agreed upon. He called prior to coming. The plumber introduced himself and showed his card. Work was performed quickly and professionally.08

Guin showed up on time as scheduled, quickly assessed the repair needed and provided a reasonable quotation. They took time to explain the repair and helped with moving items away from the repair area to avoid possible water damage. The repair was completed with no further issues or leaks. Everything from scheduling to delivery of this service was professional and customer oriented as expected.
