Description of Work: Richard who can out was very professional. He repaired our very expensive hardware handle in the master bath with no damage. His rate was $165 and he had a long trip 45 to 60 min. drive. We would use Guin again and rate him an A in all areas.

Description of Work: Water not running into house pipes after coming home from out of town trip. Valves & pipes evalated with problem being a sticking facet from main water supply pipe. The valve could have been replaced due to age but it wasnt completely necessary so it wasnt done. No pressure to do more work than what was absolutley necessary to get free flowing water.

Description of Work: we contacted Guin Services because one of our tenants had called in a complaint. she stated that every time she ran water, flushed a toilet, etc., that the drain in the laundry room would overflow. The men from Guin went out and checked the lines and flushed them out (the problem was a big grease build up in the pipes) |We have used Guin's services before and always find them to be professional, courteous, responsive and prompt.

Description of Work: We use this provider for spring and fall maintenance of our HVAC systems. They have also installed new units in the past. During the last visit, Tommy discovered a gas leak outside at the meter and had the part on the truck to go ahead and replace it after performing our spring maintenance.

Description of Work: Cleaned and capped drain leading to sewer that was overflowing under my house. Also corrected overflow on upstairs tub that was causing water to drain downstairs. I had to call them back since water was flowing downstairs after the fix. They did come back and corrected it.
