Workman was courteous, careful and cleaned up residue.

They came the same day I called, they called before arriving, completed the work quickly. Everything works well now.

Called them in the morning and was told that they could come out the following day but that they were booked up for the current day. Told them the problem, and said that the following day would be okay, but if they could somehow squeeze me in today that it would help me a lot. Peg said she'd see what she could do. Two hours later, I got a call from the plumber saying that he was on his way. The problem was just a clogged drain that I couldn't get working, but they fixed it quickly and didn't act condescending at all. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The servicemen spent two hours trying to clear the line and they used more than one type of equipment. They said that they kept on getting "hung up" along the way. Although the line wasn't clear, I still had to pay the $250, however, the servicemen were very helpful in suggesting what to do next (hire a company to put a camera in the line, repair it for $6,800, replace it for $18,000). It's hard to be completely satisfied when by problem was unable to be immediately fixed, however, I do believe that Guin was fair and did everything they could.

Making the appointment for service was very easy. The service technician, Dewayne, was very friendly and clearly explained everything that he did for the service. He worked quickly. I was very pleased with the work of this company and will call them in the future.

Job 1: After being stood up by two other plumbers, I contacted Guin based on their Angie's List rating. They were able to come out the same day. They were supposed to call before coming, but didn't. The plumber, Richard, apologized stating he forgot but usually does call first. Richard and his helper, Blake, were very courteous and professional. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it promptly. Job 2: Guin Service is a great plumbing company. They always show up on time or call if they're going to be late. The workers are always clean, courteous and professional. There is never any mess left for me to clean up. They are the best plumbing company around.

They were prompt and very nice; they also gave me opinions on some other plumbing questions I had. I'm very pleased.

I really liked that he came out so fast after I called them. He did a very good job and was polite. I was worried that it would be a huge mess around while he was fixing it but he took the time to make sure everything was neatly placed and that he cleaned up after himself.

I think that the company did a great job! This was a big investment but it was definitely worth the money. The workers were friendly and they made sure that everything was safe in my home.

Our air conditioner is located in the attic above the bedrooms. We were always afraid if we were not home the drip pan might over run and leak all over and into the downstairs. We had them install an electrical line to the attic and put a switch on the end to kill all the power up there if there is an over flow. This is for safety and so it just doesn't keep over flowing into the downstairs. It only took about two hours to do this. The electrician knew exactly what we needed. We are very pleased. We used them before over the last ten years with good results.

They have been very reliable and dependable. They were always there when we needed them. They were also very honest and trustworthy.
