Description of Work: Mr. Snider of Deck Works emailed me on Wednesday September 2nd after I messaged him on Angie'e List. We spoke on the phone about our deck project. He sent his "Deck Man" to look at the project on Friday September 11th. Mr. Snider and I spoke one final time on Monday September 28 to finalize some details and he promised to have our proposal to us by the end of that week (October 2nd). That is the last communication of any kind that I have had with Mr. Snider. He just fell off the face of the earth. We now have a contract with another contractor that called back and provided a proposal.
