We originally had Orkin termite coverage. When I discovered a Formosan termite, the Orkin technicians said we needed additional systems that were not covered by the current bond. The Orkin sales people were very pushy and wanted us to purchase a NEW bond ($1500) on the spot and install sentricon system and pay an increased rate. COOK's offered to take over the Orkin bond at no cost, install the Sentricon system at below Orkin's estimate and gave as a lower annual rate. They have been vigilant, and very professional throughout. My experience with this company has been only positive.

Since the initial spray a month ago I have noticed a 90% decrease in the spiders, wood roaches and ants that have made it into the house. The experience is good and necessary to keep pests out.

It seems to be going quite well. The people that I spoke to were very professional. The salesperson who came out was very nice and very professional. The person who comes monthly gives me a call whenever he is coming. He has been very open to questions and very explanatory. There are no bugs in my house now.

They do a good job, and it keeps the roaches, spiders, and other creatures out. We are in an area that has a lot of trees and we tend to get a lot of palmetto bugs. We used to get them pretty bad but since we used Cook’s, I haven’t seen them the whole summer. The quality of their work is good because I do not get those little creatures that used to come in before. I am pleased with them. I found their price reasonable although I have not used another provider.

They do a wonderful job. He comes out towards the end of each month. They come on time, they do a good job and I have not had any problems since he took over about a year ago. We use Nathan. He is the one that usually comes out. He also likes to visit with our dog Sadie and she enjoys seeing him. She looks forward to his visits.

For the first year, I was very pleased with the service. Then our technician left, and was replaced by another technician. He was VERY unreliable. I never knew when he would show up, and it frequently appeared that no work had been done. It was hard to believe, for instance, that the exterior of my house had been treated for ants when there were still ants crawling all over it (and coming inside as well.) I tried to work it out with the district manager, to no availability. It was ridiculous for me to be paying them every month, yet doing my own pest control in addition because theirs was so ineffective. Overall, a VERY frustrating experience!

I had a really bad ant problem this past spring and had heard that Cooks specializes in ants, so we decided to give them a try. They have gotten rid of all the ants as well as some of the other bugs that were seen occasionally around the house. The people are always friendly and on time.

We choose Cooks because they are a very well known company and have a good reputation. I really like the reliability of the company, they are always there when they say their going to be. The people that come out are nice and professional and get the job done right.

We have not seen any termites since they starting treating our home. They completely check every part of your house to make sure the termites are not making a come back. They show up on time and have been very consistent.

The prices at Cook's Pest Control are a little high, but they do a very good job. We haven't had any problems with termites since they started baiting and treating. They are also extremely polite, and courteous with us. They always call to set up an appointment and make sure that someone is going to be home.

They came out for their monthly service visit and they treated the outside of my home but would do the inside too if we had a problem or if we would ask them to. We have been using them for about two years now and their service was very convenient. They were known to be dependable and they have been so far.

For me to have been doing service with the same company for 30 years speaks volumes for that company because I was a stickler for quality service. I have never had a problem with them and they have always been on time and explained all of the pesticides. The chemicals have all been people and pet friendly. They were very polite and respectful to our home.

They have been doing a great job of not only treating, but also just keeping me informed. I had a bad experience with another company and I ended up losing my home to termites. I could tell that wouldn t be the case with this outfit. So far so good. I expect everything to be fine. They first started with sentricon, using bate for termites and then came back out to check the house. My experience with this company has been a relief.

I was happy with the price and I liked the guy they sent out because he was nice and professional. They called before they came out and always showed up on time. They came out a few times a year, and I have not had any problems with pests. This was a good company.

They installed termite traps out around our place. They dug these holes to place the boxes in. They came out and spent about 30-45 minutes to inspect our traps, and they did that about every six months. They did a good job (I would say) because we haven't had any problems out here.

I have not had a major termite problem, since hiring them.

They send out a card once a year, and they have the date and time on the card. I phoned to confirm that the date and time is okay with me. I am very satisfied. They are professional and courteous and are usually right on time. They are a very good reputable company. They charged $125 the last time they were here. It is a different price each time. I have not seen any bugs since.
