Description of Work: What an awful experience. We needed matching man made hardwood for our kitchen after a flood, they said hey had it and took our payment then couldn't come up with the product. We had no floors for weeks waiting on them and try never got any so we had to go with another provider and option. In the mean time, it took them weeks to refund our money. Very frustrating.

Description of Work: They installed new carpeting in our living room and replaced flooring in our hall, kitchen and eat in area. They did a wonderful job, moved all furniture and replaced it when job was done. Noticed a couple of spots that weren't smooth and when we called they promptly came and took care of the problem. Have had the flooring for almost 2 years and it still looks brand new. Really good quality flooring.

Description of Work: They installed a rug with a pattern. First time the pattern was off by a inch and half.. They did come back to fix but still off a little. We were selling the house so didn't complain after the fix. The installers damage the wall and base board. I was told the owner would contact me about repairing but I never heard anything. Called back again and again did not hear back. The sales person never followed up. Since we were selling, I repaired myself.
