Description of Work: I had flooring installed in my basement, they removed old tile put down new vinyl tile it looks like wood. It had been amazing and is holding up better than I ever expected. The floor gets tons of traffic from greyhounds with very long and tough nails, has never left a mark on the floor!!! They also installed a similar product in the kitchen and den, this was grouted in though, it is a vinyl tile as well. looks just like stone, people ask if its stone and are amazed it isn't. the workers were prompt, courteous and polite. Donna in the show room was amazing and really helped me achieve to look I wanted in my price range. I had a lot of square footage to cover!!! I would use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: They installed a rug with a pattern. First time the pattern was off by a inch and half.. They did come back to fix but still off a little. We were selling the house so didn't complain after the fix. The installers damage the wall and base board. I was told the owner would contact me about repairing but I never heard anything. Called back again and again did not hear back. The sales person never followed up. Since we were selling, I repaired myself.

 + 0 moreThe guys that they had come in and do the work, were a little sloppy. They went down in the basement and borrowed my husband's tools, without even asking. There was a part that we were supposed to get painted ourselves. But they never told us that. If a friend was looking into using this company, I would tell them to make sure that they knew upfront what they were responsible for and what they weren't.

 + 0 moreWe did have some issues with the installation. They had to come back out and take some tile down and reinstall. When we complained, they met us and they said "okay" so they sent the crew back out. A lot of places didn't respond and they were like a couple of miles away from us. We just stopped in there and that's where we bought the tile from so we just went ahead and let them install it. The people I was dealing with were fine but the installation crew was not so much.
Description of Work: They did the tile work for the floor and the wall in the shower and tub.

 + -1 moreThe three gentlemen that did the installations were very professional and they were very respectful. They were always worrying about how I felt about how long it was taking and they asked questions that really mattered. The work was great and was done in one day. I ended up with my perfect tile and wonderful carpet they helped me choose. I think because we hit it off so good they may have overcharged me just a little bit.
Description of Work: They installed tile in my kitchen and put carpet in two rooms and a hallway of my five bedroom three baths home.
