He was competent and gave good service. I was happy with the service.

We purchased the two hour job service from Angie's list for $110. With a family reunion coming up soon, we needed to have a bathroom redone quickly. I called Ben and he came out that afternoon, but he couldn't use the fixtures that we had originally purchased. He sent me to a supplier and they were able to order the right fixtures and they had them delivered to our home the next day. Ben came out on the morning of our reunion and within about three hours, he had the job completed; and he even cleaned it so thoroughly that I didn't have to clean again before the company arrived. We are new to the Birmingham area and I am so happy that a have found a reliable professional plumber for our new home. Thank you, Angie's List!

I think it was fine my wife ended up using it. They were great. They fixed whatever we had pretty quick. We did not pay more than what we paid for the big deal purchase. The price was a special offer type thing. I think i would pretty much give them an A on everything they did a pretty good job and got right to it.

The scheduling was fast. They arrived on time and were very courteous. All three leaks that we had were completed in a timely manner. We had a toilet that constantly ran, a bath tub faucet that continually leaked and water leaking from the outlet from our washing machine. They quickly resolved all of these problems for us. Angie's List had a "Big Deal" for this plumber for $99.00 that was applied with the cost of service. Totally satisfied!

Plumber plus his helper arrived when they said they would. They had to work for a time in pouring rain but they said it was no problem. Professional, pleased with their work.

I purchased the 2 hours of plumbing for $99.00 special from Angie's List. Ben came out, checked all outside water spickets and pressure, corrected the one in question. Ben explained what it was set at and what it should be and made the change with the regulator. Also changed out the stopper i the toilet tank as it was not always catching and the water would run. Ben was so professional and showed when he said he would I would definitely use him again!!!

First time I have used Ben, but now will be first plumber I call.

He was punctual, fixed the problem, and answered questions I had.

Called and got what I assume is an answering service...they were Profecional. Ben called very soon after we contacted the service. He came the same day. We have an older home and I had attempted to fix this issue many times but it keeps happening after a Month or so. Ben not only knew exactly what the issue was, he had the parts in his van to fix the problem. He also made me feel ok about my attempts to fix the problem. He went the extra mile by instructing me what to do if it ever happened again and where I can find the parts for older plumbing should I ever need it. His price was less then I expected. I truly feel that he would not take advantage of anyone and really wants the customer to be happy. He also snaked a slow drain I told him about while he was here. Oh yea He also replaced the handles and faucet to restore the look to original which was very nice. I will use him again if I need a Plummer.

I approached Ben's Plumbing to quote the work to install a bathroom in our basement. His quote came in nearly twice as much as the competition. In all fairness, his quote included copper vs. the other including Pex however that difference does not explain the huge difference in labor costs for concrete work as well.He seemed like a good guy, but I think you can find more reasonable prices to do quality plumbing work in Birmingham.

He is the best plumber in the area.

He is awesome and I haven't used him in a while and I was surprised to see him on the list. He is so good but he is just a very small company and he always shows up and cheaper that you think. He has done everything and he is probably the only guy that has worked at the house in the last 3 or 4 years. He fixes it the first time and under promises and over delivers. He knows his stuff living in an old house and he is able to adapt new stuff to sit in and look right.

I think everything went very well. They were timely and they performed what they said they would do at a fair price.

Lacked in professionalism just a bit, but everything else was an A+. Would use again.

After checking Angies List I called Ben's Plumbing to have a main drain unstopped. Ben called me back within minutes and setup a time for the next day. He and his helper arrived the next afternoon as promised and immediately went to work on unstopping the clogged drain, it took several attempts to reach all the way to the main sewer but they stayed with it until it was complete.I was pleased with their work and felt like they were very reasonable in the charge. I will definitely use them again if needed and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Ben did a good job. His friend, however, only repainted the area that was cut on the ceiling, instead of the whole ceiling as promised. I didn't pay until the job was completed as promised, which was done a week later. Overall, I am happy with the service.

Ben and his crew were extremely professional and easy going. They gave us an estimate for the work and ended up within $100 of the estimate even though it ended up being more difficult than they originally thought. When Ben came to give an estimate, he actually took the time to crawl under the house to see what he what the problem entailed. Other companies took a quick look from outside and gave a much more involved (and expensive) estimate of digging up our yard to install a new drain line outside the home and drilling holes in the walls to access water lines. Ben's solution left a very clean, professional looking installation at a very reasonable price without a the damage to our yard or extra holes in the walls. We would highly recommend him and will use him again for our plumbing work.

I was out of town and I called him up and he showed up. He corrected a bad install that was done by another plumber. It was a little hard to get to, but he got to it and fixed it up right away. He showed up on time and did the work and was reasonably priced. I had a positive experience with him.

I wasn't able to get the lock nut unfrozen on my 55 year old toilet water supply fill valve, so I called Ben's. They were on site within two hours and had the power tools necessary to get the lock nut off. They then replaced the fill valve and adjusted it for the proper fill level on the toilet tank. Everything was done within an hour and the price was lower than I'd experienced with other plumbing companies.

I had a very good experience. The service was fast, the response time was prompt and I have no complaints. I will definitely use them again!

Other than the typical scheduling difficulties when trying to interleave the various contractors, the work was finished in a reasonable time, and the quality of the services was excellent. Ben will tell it like it is.
