We signed up for their HVAC service contract. So far we had air serviced and they added freon after reporting level was low. Will have them come back in the fall for furnace servicing. Will definitely renew contract for the next year.

Went GREAT! I called Saturday morning and Charles the AC technician arrived at time said he would same day. He was professional friendly and competent. He determined the problem within a few minutes and went right to work. Had it repaired and pumping cold air in no time. Best experience I've ever had with a Heating and AC company. Would highly recommend Autumn Air Heating and Cooling. AAA+++

Initially we used Autumn Air to get a second opinion for the AC at our primary residence. Turns out we didn't need the work recommended by another large local company. Based on the initial impression we decided to call them again. We did use Autumn Air for repairs caused by a trailer fire directly adjacent to ours on Smith Lake. The unit, heat pump, became so hot that it melted the wires and several other components. We let Skip, our technician, know that insurance would not cover any costs and he seemed genuinely concerned. He said he had never seen anything like this but to let him give it a shot. A couple hours later, some parts, a paperclip, a stick a gum and persistence we were back in business. Well done Skip. Put these guys at the top of your list.

Repair man, Brian, showed up on time, surveyed the problem, double-checked connections and then repaired the faulty junction box! Brian finished connecting the heating element and put the stove back in place in 1 hour.

As a single female I always feel like I have been overcharged or taken advantage of when it comes to home repairs. Also being military it takes a lot to impress me anymore. But my experience with Autumn Air was amazing from start to finish! Baker was my initial contact, and as the reviews stated he was right on time. I had done a lot of research ahead of time and every thing Baker was explaining to me was on track. There was no pressure to buy anything but I knew he was offering a great product at the best price available and I could not pass it up. He made the phone calls and stayed with my while my application for finance was approved. This was Friday and they usually don't work Saturdays but we're there at 0800 right on time to start work on Saturday. The first thing I noticed is everyone knew their job and exactly what they needed to do which gave me great piece of mind. They were friendly and professional. If I had any questions at all they stopped to explain. Mr. Franklin the owner and his son were both there while the work was being done which impressed me greatly! All of their employees have worked for them from almost the inception of their Company. They are truly a family owned business, who are humble, gracious, knowledgeable, honest, and provide a outstanding quality service for a fair price. I have already scheduled for them to do some work in my son's home in the near future. I have had almost every other HVAC company in the area come to my home but Autumn Air will be the only one I use in the future. Stop reading reviews, pick up that phone and call them, you won't be disappointed. Ps. I have to keep looking outside to see if the AC systems are on because they are so quiet😊 Thank you Autumn Air!!!!

Flawless. Great work, friendly, and professional.

Autumn Air's representative arrived at the start of the window provided (great since most services wait until the last moment) and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained that he could obtain a replacement fan in town and have the unit working that day. At no time did he attempt to "sell" us on a new installation. I asked him to give me a quote on a new installation which would also include replacing all duct work in our cramped attic space. He inspected everything, called his office from his truck and worked out an estimate for three different options. When I questioned him about the difference in price/value he said that the middle option was probably the best value. Since it was a long term investment, I chose the premium option and asked why he had not attempted to "upsell' me. I then found that the techs are not paid commission since the owner did not want to have his customers pressured. A small army arrived the following day at the appointed time and reviewed the installation plans thoroughly and consulted with me regarding my interests in vent placement, etc. based on my history with the old system. The duct installation was difficult due to space constraints and the techs discovered that the old refrigerant lines were not sized properly and therefore new lines would be required for the system. They also had to resize the closet where the old unit had been installed upstairs. They moved the new outside unit to a more suitable location (our underdeck set up was creating an unacceptable heat load) and installed new lines and condensate removal since the older setup was not up to code. Although there were several additional costs to the vendor, the bill was exactly what was agreed to at the time of our initial conversation. These guys are honest, professional, and competent. The system and the ductwork has cured our allergies and we could not be happier.

It was determined that we needed to get another unit, which we are unable to get at this time due to money restraints.

From the time I called Autumn Air and Charles, serviceman, walked in my front door it was within one hour. That impressed me so much! Very professional company. My air stopped working at 6:00 pm and was back working by 7:50 pm. Thank you Autumn Air.

After I made an inquiry by phone, service consultant Skip came to my home and gave a proposal promptly. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC and very patient to responded my questions even at night and weekend. The installation technicians Matt and Jeff also did a god job. Got me in for a early appointment on a Saturday morning. The technician explain what he was inspecting for and every thing was looking good. I was very please with this company and if needed I will use then again.

The technician Charles and the company (Autumn Air Inc.) is a Guardian Angle. They had us up and going in no time at all. They are very professional and they take there time and explain everything. They also take there time to double check everything and make sure it is safe. Charles knows what he is doing and very friendly, he also explain about a maintenance plan that the company offers. We also purchased the plan as a precaution measure, I would highly recommended this company.

Went very well. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable about his profession. All of my questions were answered and a thorough inspection was performed.

They came out the same day and quickly diagnosed and repaired our broken unit. I was so impressed with their service and professionalism that I made an appointment for them to do maintenance on my other units. They were on-time and very thorough. I plan to use them for all future HVAC needs.

Very happy with their service. One of our AC units had stopped cooling. The service tec (Charles) showed up on time, and diagnosed the problem in minutes - the Capacitor had gone out. He explained the problem and cost to repair and went to work. Also needed some refrigerant and he took care of that as well. Cleaned and inspected the unit and pointed out some things to watch in the future but said they were OK for now. They appear very trustworthy and the price was good for the work performed. I will definitely use them again for future seasonal tune-ups.

I was very impressed by the responsiveness, preparedness, and customer service of Autumn Air. Our A/C went out on a Saturday in summer, and within 3 hours, our service technician, Skip, was at the house and had fixed the problem. I was amazed at the quality and quickness of their service for a weekend! Skip was very knowledgable and professional, and we certainly will be using Autumn Air for any HVAC needs in the future.
