Found coils were leaking

Two gentlemen arrived approximately 8:30 (when they said they would), introduced themselves, and went right to work. They were finished in about four hours. The only thing they left was a new AC unit. We now have a company we feel we can depend on for any AC/heating needs. We will be using them for future service calls. We used this company based on a recommendation of a friend who found them on Angie's list (so we joined Angie's list as well). They were all he said they would be: professional, clean, good work ethic and dependable.

Did what he advertised and gave a good written report. Also, personally purchased new filter and replaced the old one.

Charles called ahead to let me know that he was on his way, and arrived on time. He thoroughly checked out the operation and condition of my 20 year old heat pump and all of its components. He cleaned both the outside unit and the inside coil and condensate drain. Charles is a NATE certified technician, and his extensive experience, knowledge and competence was evident in all that he did. He clearly and concisely answered all questions I put to him, and made recommendations that will be helpful in deciding how to proceed with my currently functional, but aged heat pump. $30 for the work that he performed was an exceptional value. I would highly recommend Autumn Air to anyone in need of A/C repairs or maintenance.

I contacted Autumn Air for repair of old unit. Their technician contacted me quickly with an ETA. The technician gave me a estimate of repairs of the old unit and also pricing for a new replacement unit. I made a decision and contacted the company and we set a date for replacement. They installed new unit and it has been running great. Technician and office personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable on equipment. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

They did an excellent job. Originally, I used a Groupon for them to come out and check my A/C because it was not cooling properly. Charles, the guy who came out, was very professional and helpful throughout the entire time. He was not pushy and did not try to sell me multiple products. He stayed and explained everything to me, and did not make me feel rushed at all. He ordered the evaporator coil the same day and it was replaced. Since the evaporator coil has been replaced, my upstairs unit works better now than it did when I first moved into my house. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

They were very punctual to the time they set up. They were very professional. The got right on the job and finished in a timely fashion. I would DEFINITELY use them again.
