Their pricing was excellent. The workers were good and friendly. I have an upcoming project with them in the future.

showed up and did their work. Did not have enough bales of pine straw. Left as is. missed a few small areas that I would have like done but didn't realize until they were gone. Make sure you tell them what to remove and what to leave. Lost one bush they thought was a weed. Otherwise looked great.

The experience was pretty good. They did a good job. They came when they said they would. At the end of the project there was a little confusion and they had to come back out and fix a few things. The person who was running the job had not followed up on it to check and see that everything had been done. It's fixed so now it's fine.

There was some delay due to very poor weather conditions (rain and freezing rain), but the project was completed as soon as the weather improved.

The pine straw was good and it did not have any weeds in it and was an acceptable price. It was fine for what it was.

Overall it was decent work but kind of pricey for what I received. The grass has done reasonably well and it's a year out. (I watered it religiously.) I thought that the rest of the work was done in a perfunctory manner. We had agreed to clear a section of my yard for a garden. The initial price included application of soil if needed. They didn't apply the soil and when I went to plant a month later found a foot of clay and had to apply it myself. I didn't check behind them - I am real busy and just took their word for it. The ground looked OK from a superficial perspective. I suppose that I could have called them (even a month out) and complained and insisted that they take care of this. I bet they would have. But I didn't want the hassle, so I dealt with it myself. I just hate when I have to check behind people. It makes me feel like they are trying to get away with doing shoddy work. In this case they got away with it, but I wouldn't hire them again, or if I did, I would be prepared to supervise and complain and I just don't want to deal with that. Having said that, I feel that they are somewhat better than average when it comes to small jobs (and I have no experience with bigger jobs).

After I made an appointment for an estimate, one of their representatives met me at the property to discuss the work to be performed. Two days after the meeting, he emailed an estimate of the time/cost. I reviewed the estimate and replied, telling him to proceed. The work crew was scheduled to arrive on the following Monday. They arrived on time and spent most of the day there. (The amount of work to be done certainly required this.) When I saw the results of their work, I was very pleased; all the work requested had been done and the whole area looked much better. When I received their bill for the work, it was actually about 5% less than the estimated cost. Based on my experience, I plan to set up a monthly maintenance schedule with this company.

They were easy to contact. I set up an appointment, and they were great about calling me back. Sean came out and looked at the job and gave me some ideas and an estimate. They came when they were supposed to come and did a great job. They also followed up with me. I will definitely call them again . I am a real estate investor who needs landscaping from time to time. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I called, they asked me a few questions, then said someone would be out to look at my yard and leave an estimate on my front door. I never got the estimate. If they can't provide an estimate on time, why would I trust them to do my lawn? I gave them a D rather than an F because this type of service seems to be common for many of the companies I called.

Andy's came out to my house and prepared a landscape plan for no fee. I contacted them a couple of weeks later to start with the back yard. There was no follow-up on their side after the plans were delivered. I asked a lot of questions and stated that I was new to the landscape process. I went to the office to sign the contract papers and see some of the material that would be used. We scheduled a day to start. They worked on the back yard for about 3 days. Notes were left in my mailbox after the work was complete. I was told to contact the designer concerning care for the stone patio. I received no follow-up calls from them. It did not rain for almost 2 weeks, but when it did there was standing water on the new patio. I called and it took several days for them to assess the situation. The day they came to re-do the patio I left a note concerning a broken and loose stone. It was not fixed and the designer said he saw the note but did not know where the stone was. He did not call me to find out what I was concerned about. Once again, no follow-up. The next week it rained and the patio puddled up again. I called and expressed some aggravation and they came out immediately. This time I was told they used more accurate measuring equipment to figure out the problem, which leads me to believe the first time they didn't use the right equipment. I was told that the broken stone would be fixed the next time the patio was re-worked. It was not even touched. I received no follow-up phone calls to see if the fixed patio worked. I like the new grass and the cleaned-out back yard. I am not 100% satisfied with the patio. It has some broken stone and the place that had to be fixed is not smooth and looks bad. I felt like they didn't want to talk with me and were not concerned about my satisfaction. Communication and follow-up would have made a hugh difference to me. I will not use them to work on my front yard.

They sprayed for weeds. The price is per month.

Well. Listened. Got what I was saying. Emailed me a detailed estimate and a plan quickly. I haven't gone any farther, but plan to this winter.

They did a good job but I think I paid too much. I also got a quote for monthly maintenance which was twice the amount my neighbor pays. They did a good job but I will probably get someone else to do the maintenance work.

They did a great job, were very neat and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. The beds look like they were just planted, and the team was prompt and friendly. Worth the money.

We were very pleased with their work. We worked with different companies in past but they were the best. They were easy to work with and they listened to what we had to say. They were honest with us and didn't give us what we wanted just to make a sale.

I am very happy with the outcome all the way. The price was reasonable as well. It included all the plants, hauling, labor, and soil. They are a decent company and everything turned out just great. I am very happy with the turn out and I have no complaints at this time. The people were extremely nice when they were here and that is about all I have to say about the company.

These guys from Andy on call were great. They did everything we asked them to do and even noticed some places we had forgotten. They cleaned up everything well so we will be ready for spring. I would recommend them.

Andy's was recommended to me by a friend of mine because of the good work he had done in their yard. He came out when he was supposed to and talked to me for a few minutes to make sure we were clear on what I wanted done with the yard then he got straight to work. He did an excellent job and everything looks just the way it should.

There were two hurricanes that ruined most of the plants that were replanted and the plants died. The hurricanes were not the company's fault at all. They were friendly and made sure to try and make everything as perfect as possible. I would hire them again.

I feel the maintenance is very important part of landscaping. The people here at Andy s are really excellent. They do come pretty often and they always do a great job. I remember a time that another company had destroyed my lawn and Andy s place had put it back together for me in no time at all. Pricing varies from time to time depending on what exactly I have to have done that day. It has never been to extreme. I would say pretty reasonable.

We loved the plans they developed for us. They were fantastic at what they did. The plans were in full color and had details and names on each item. They worked very closely with us and gave us exactly what we wanted. Everything was done to specification. They were very attentive and had all of the different plants available for us to see and review. They will be putting the landscaping in as well and very soon.

I have had no problems with Vito from Andy's Landscape Service. He does a wonderful job taking care of my front yard. The begonias he planted last spring look beautiful. Sometimes, I wish there was more interaction between Vito and myself. Sometimes, I have things that I would like him to do around the yard, but if I don't catch him in time, he just leaves. Other than that, I love Andy's Landscaping Service.
