They came out and looked at the job and said they would send a estimate. This was months ago. I never heard back from them. Even though I called three times and they said they would give them the message.

Still to be determined. Set up appointment for person to come by and prepare estimate. Took off work to wait on them and they never arrived. Called office to be told Sean was sick that day and they failed to let me know. Told me he would call to reschedule. No call back was ever received. Came back from trip out of town and found an estimate in my mail prepared by Mandy. Worked with her to review plan and schedule installation. Today, took off work to be here for installation. Called mid-morning to check on status and was told I had been rescheduled. Again, no one called to let me know this and I had been told they would notify me if there was any need to reschedule. At this point Mandy is calling Sean to see what can be done. Horrible service.

We had a large tree taken out and the retaining wall was knocked down in the process. The crew came and dug out what was left of the old wall including cutting out some concrete, removed the stump where the new wall would go, placed a drain behind the wall, built the new straight wall, backfilled and placed new top soil on top, and filled small area with concrete to bring drive way up to wall. They did a great job. They started a week later than we had originally scheduled and it took a little bit longer than we thought it would but it looks very nice. We were hoping to use reclaimed brick but that was not feasible, the new brick still looks very nice and fits well with the brick house. I would highly recommend. I have a separate quote for them to come out to the house later and landscape that side of the house.

I asked the owner for a quote on some work. After he did not respond to 2 emails I called him. He finally got back in touch with me and checked out what I wanted done. After not hearing from him for a week I left him a voicemail asking about my quote. He emailed me back detailing someone else's job...I returned his email and let him know he had the wrong client and reminded him of what I had requested. He never got back with me or returned my calls.

Hired to help clean up my yard. While the work was done generally well, the work was delayed due to lackluster responsiveness to requests for an estimate and scheduling the work. However, the folks at Andy's Nursery are great all around, helpful, knowledgable, and stocked with superior quality plants.

Great very responsible and professional

I called for an estimate for a small landscaping job that would involve planting some hedges and other bushes, clean up in the back yard and some hardscape. It took a month for them to come by to look at the job. That was on July 2, it is August 18 and I still have not received the estimate.

I am writing this review way after the fact but as I recall Andy's was first rate. They were professional, clean, punctual, and did what they said they would do.

Generally a good team; can be hard to get a hold of to nail down specifics and times but overall they did a reasonable job for a fair price. If I have future landscaping needs, I would consider them again.

Called them for the first time after visiting the nursery. Was not aware they did landscaping and someone there told me they did. I emailed them and they called the next day - provided a quote through email and scheduled the visit. Estimated just about right on the amount of straw, needed a little more, but nothing major. Put it down quickly and it looked really nice.

Someone came to do estimate but so far haven't heard back.

Failed to respond with request for lower estimate.

Andy's graciously agreed to give me a free estimate for landscaping at my townhome. Unfortunately, I forgot about the appointment and was sick the day of the appointment. Therefore, the landscape architect made an unnecessary trip to my house. She was very polite about my oversight and told me to just and quot;call back when I was ready.and quot; So, I will be calling them again. I was impressed with her politeness and professionalism.

The crew was friendly, and I liked that they had an English speaking crew boss there with the Hispanic workers. They worked hard and pretty tirelessly and it looked pretty darn good when they finished. My complaint is that I had to constantly check up on them to make sure they did what I wanted them to do correctly. I did not feel that I could leave them to do it on their own. There were numerous instances where I went out to do a spot check and had to ask them to redo a portion or point out a mistake. They were always friendly and positive about making me happy, but I wasn't happy about that part of it. As of right now, there is still one mistake to be corrected and I have not received a final invoice, so I really am not sure how this is going to end. Overall, I was pleased with the final outcome, but I would be ready to inspect periodically while they work and include that in their cost estimate.

Andy's Landscape Service are dependable, do great work, and I really like everybody that works there. They're not cheap but I've never had a problem of any kind. I would recommend Andy's Landscape Service highly. I enjoy having them come out because I don't have to be concerned about anything.

Andy's crew is always on time, they do a good job and will stop to talk to you if you have something that needs extra attention and their response to messages is almost immediate. I really like all of them. They are polite young men.

Called them to ask about doing work in Cottondale. She stated they didn't work in the Tuscaloosa area. But she did ask her and quot;partner/bossand quot; if he knew anyone that landscaped in our area. They didn't.

We were somewhat familiar with the sizes and types of materials as we had talked to other companies. Andy's Landscape Service made good suggestions, which we followed. We have been very pleased.

I don't have any complaints. They gave the estimate, and performs the work in a timely fashion.

As always, the work was excellent.

terrible experience - wanted it to work but no way for me

Andy was very responsive - returned my call within 24 hours. He was very knowledgable about lawn grasses and plants. He listened to my requests and offerred expert advice,. His crew arrived on time and completed the project to my complete satisfaction. Andy personally followed up on the quality of the work, and when asked, provided several suggestions for the next project. I look forward to working with Andy and his crew again on the next project

I use them since I am familiar with them. They are a family operated and great company. They have a fruit and vegetable stand which I love and use more frequently. They are really good and helpful people. Their price is not high.

They honest, dependable and did a great job.
