Glenn is our service rep and he is always on time, professional and pleasant. I would recommend him and APS to anyone seeking pest control for their home.

So far, so good. The last time out, the service man took more aggressive action with our rodent problem. i had been trying to get my previous provided to do that and they just never stepped up. So I am pleased and trying to listen for the 'silence' of NO little feet running in the attic over my head. We just had the house sprayed on the interior a week ago after cold and rain increased the roach encroachement. Since then, I haven't seen a little bug dead or alive.

On the high recommendation of a friend, I enlisted APS for an annual pest control contract with quarterly visits. They have been to the residence twice, and thier treatment has reduced the moderI pest issue that I had to virtually nil. The servicemen have been polite, professional, and timely, and have offered helpful tips. Just like my friend, I highly recommend them.

I haven't had any trouble with them, they are easy to work with. We haven't had any problems with termites so they are successful.

They are excellent and we continue to use them on a quarterly basis and as needed. I was satisfied with the price.

They searched for squirrel entries and ultimately rats. At first I was very disappointed in the services because they did not actually perform the agreed-upon services I was quoted but was billed--I then contacted them to discuss and they were extremely apologetic and were VERY responsive--seriously, Roger was THE BEST... so, although it was rocky at first, I would not dream of having someone else

Reliable, punctual and very pleasant. They seemed to know what they were doing, and finished the work on time. We have a 1-yr warranty on their work , which I hope I do not have to use !

A contract came with the home when we bought our house. I have kept it up and I am happy with them. They come out once a year. They look over the house and do whatever they do. I will keep using them.

Manda showed up precisely on time, right as the snow was starting to fall. She proceeded with her services both inside the house and out. The snow was really falling now. This was an Angie's List special price. I ended up being stuck in the house for two 1/2 days due to the snow, but Mickey was caught less than 24 hours later! I will absolutely use them again!

Servicemen are always punctually and very polite. They answer any questions that I have.

Alabama Professional Service was great to work with. They were punctual, price is affordable and the service is great. I used them for Pest control, while some of the pest was controlled on the first service, we experience another issue 2 weeks after and they were quick to respond and service us. We would highly recommend them.

We have use Alabama Professional Service for the past seven (8) years at our previous home. When we purchased our new home we placed a call to Alabama Professional Service to transfer our pest control services to the new home and requested that we keep the same individual (Menda) servicing our new home. We have four legged children and they know her and she insures that their area in the back yard is treated for them so that no harm comes to them and all of the gates are secure. The Termite inspection is accomplished by a different crew so not being familiar with this crew we asked Menda to schedule pest control services at the same time. We were able to schedule both services (Annual Termite Inspection and Quarterly Pest Control) from Alabama Professional Service on the same day and at the same time! Both services were accomplished and the home was secure upon their departure. I highly recommend Alabama Professional Services and especially Menda!

The technician was very professional and courteous. He sanded the damaged area, primed it, and painted it being careful to match the texture of the original paint job. This repair was covered by our termite bond and we did not have to pay extra for this service.

The same guy comes every time. He knows our house and he knows us. We kind of built a relationship. He is great. We never had any problems with the bugs in our house.

Still waiting for repair work and hoping for no more termites.

Estimate was timely and prompt. No additional services were pressured, and there was no pressure to schedule service. Once service was scheduled, the workers called ahead of time, arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently. All trash and debris were removed from the work site, and the installation was done correctly.

I was happy that they did what they said they were going to do, they were polite and took care of everything. I didn't have any real complaints.They are good about calling back, they are taking care of the problem, they came when they said they were going to. Basically, I didn't have any problem.

My experience with them is great. They gave me two quotes; I used one of the quotes for one service and I didn’t use the other service. I have no complaints at all. It started last Friday and it's ongoing. They are still doing work for me and I plan to give them more work. The price is fine. I have had some bad experiences with some of their competitors. Alabama Professional Service Inc has been good so far.

Alabama Professional Services has done excellent work for us for many years at our current home and at previous homes. The staff is very professional, qualified and courteous.

I had a bad yellow jacket nest inside the wall of my house. I called Alabama Professional Service for help and they got me in touch with Perry. We made an appointment and he was right on time. He assured me he could take care of the problem and if I had any future problems to give him a call. He was polite and knew his business. I was impressed with his service. I asked him if they offered a maintenance program and he has me all set up. If everyone else at Alabama Professional Service is as good as Perry, it's a great company. I highly recommend.

We had an initial treatment then decided we would like to set up an annual contract. We called the saleman twice, called the office and we even called and left a voice mail message with the president. No call backs from anyone. Funny way to run a business.

They come every quarter for service. They spray and they put out little traps. That is what they do. They spray inside and out. I don't have any bugs or mice. When I have mice in the garage he gets them. I will continue to use them.
