Prompt and very courteous for first service of three treatments for $89.

Initially got rid of mosquitos but they were back in just a few days. I probably needed more than one spraying but had to go out of town and didn not follow up.

It worked out fine. They did a good job. The weeds died almost immediately. They seemed reasonable.

They contacted me within 24 hours and arranged a visit in less than a week. At this point they have made the initial application of weed killer. The weeds are already turning brown. I appreciate that they did NOT try to sell me any additional services. They were very professional about delivering what they had promised without trying any bait and switch tactics. YAY!

Representative was punctual and very knowledgeable. He sprayed for weeds and gave me a step-by-step advise on improving my lawn. I will definitely call him back for future jobs. Actually we already have another visit to go forward with his recommendations.

It went well. There were no issues. There was no additional cost. We haven’t had any issues with pests. The deal was nice. They have been coming back on a recurring basis.

It was excellent. He was very nice and came and did everything. He seen what kind of roaches and stuff I had and knew what to do. He told me what to expect and if I had anymore trouble or if the bugs come back to call and he would come back. He did not have to come back as he got rid of my bugs perfectly and he drove all the way down from Birmingham. I would definitely call him back if I had anymore problems.

Roger arrived early but waited in his truck until the scheduled time. I was very impressed. He started working right away and was very professional. My husband and I had alot of questionsand he answered all of them. We were very happy with the service!

I began searching for a new pest control provider after a few concerns with a previous provider. I relied in Angie's list and friends and ultimately decided to go with APS. After the home inspection for my new termite contract I am confident I made the correct decision. Mark took plenty of time to thoroughly inspect my home and answer MANY questions I had as a first time home owner about my sweet 1926 bungalow and its long term health. I inquired on additional services such as crawl space encapsulation and never felt I was being pressured or "upsold." The overal price beats the two competitors I researched and the time spent and level of service I received far exceeded my expectations based upon previous encounters with competitors. Definitely recommended!

I took out a one year contract based on reviews I read on Angie's list. I also noted a coupon for a first visit discount and a senior discount. It took a couple of phone calls, but those got uploaded into their system and are now saving me money. That's something to be appreciated on a fixed income in retirement. As I said this was a trial run to see how I'd like their service and after about 9 months I have to say I am quite pleased. I find the service man to be very prompt, professional and helpful. I feel like I have a partner in the battle with the various creepy crawly things that inhabit my attic, crawl space and lurk around in my garden. While I am not a big fan of putting toxins into the environment, I am also not a fan of the problems created when mice eat the wiring and cost me $500 in repairs or I need an emergency visit due to a hornet sting. So I have to balance my 'tree hugging" with some practical considerations. I find my serviceman takes that seriously and doesn't over poison the environment.

They came out within a day of my talking to them. They were prompt for the appointment. The service tech was very professional. They sprayed the entire yard for mosquitos. We did not have any problems with mosquitos after they sprayed. I would highly recommend this service.

Very well, personable young man arrived on time and after explaining what he was about to do, went to work. He didn't stop until the job was complete. Noticeable difference within two days, will definitely will use again.

Purchased this deal to have house sprayed for bugs, spiders, etc. When the tech arrived, my husband noticed that he was only driving a small truck, with no ladder or large spray container on it. He sprayed the windows on the outside, did just a little spraying inside the house and was asked to spray in the basement, which he did. He was getting ready to leave when my husband brought to his attention that the deal called for treating the perimeter of the house and going into the attic also. The tech said that he did not know; he was not told that he had to do all of that, so my husband pulled up the deal on his cell phone and showed it to him. He immediately called his supervisor and talked with him. After he got off the phone, he set up another appointment and stated that his supervisor would be coming back with him. My husband said OK. At the next appointment, the supervisor arrived first, on time, and proceeded treating the perimeter of the house and the attic. The original tech finally arrived (late), but the supervisor performed most of the work. Nothing was shared with us about termites, but an inspection was specified in the deal. THE TECHNICIAL WAS SLOW VERY LAZY!! RECAP: The tech came to the job unprepared; half sprayed the house/didn't complete the job and had to come back; did not know what was included in the deal and probably would not have completed it as presented for purchase, if my husband had not shown him the email. Very poor service! Very disappointing experience with this company. Derek Ried was the technician doing our service today. He was very thorough with the process and very professional in his approach. I felt comfortable with him and confident in the honesty of what I was being told. There was no high pressure sales pitch at the end of the visit, but instead an invitation to use there services in the future if I was satisfied with the service I had received. I was and I will.

He was fair. He was very professional and was not pushy. If had an outside service, we would use him.

Both gentlemen were very professional. They explained the options of service and the limitations due to our location on a Lake. They were very knowledgeable and professional.
