We set the appointment and they came on time and did what they were supposed to do in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with their work. I would definitely use them again in the future and have already have recommended them to others.

All I have to say is they are not dependable. They do not keep they're word.

They gave me a good price for the work. They were supposed to be at my home on Wednesday, they never came, and they did not call to explain. I finally called them, and said they would be out on Monday and I was not going to be at the house. I told them to come back on Wednesday. They came on Monday! It was not coordinated correctly. There was no organization. When they did the job, they did it well, but.....everything leading up to it was not done professionally. They did not act the way a business should act. I will not use them in the future.

The company sent technician to estimate cost. On the day scheduled, they called first to double check the work order. The company sent enough man power and equipments. The work was done in a very organized manner. They are very skillful in cutting tree down. All seven people worked very nicely as a group. After they removed all the branches, they cleaned yard and drive way. I am very impressed about the quality and speed. Will highly recommend Gray's Tree Service to other people who would need tree work.

I researched them on Angie's List. The workmen were on time and easy to work with.

I made the call for a quote to this service provider and one other. I talked to a nice lady who took information to pass to Mr Gray. I felt comfortable with this provider with it's inclusion not just in Angieslist but in the Yellow Pages with Mr Gray's picture. Quotes came in at the first of October. I was surprized initially when I got an estimated service date of in November. I shared with the lady that I needed to get the work done before Halloween and she accomodated my requests! The service was performed one day after the initial planned service date which was fine. A convoy of trucks came into the cul-de-sac and in 30 - 45 minutes the trees were down and piled up near the street. Three days later the debis truck removed and cleaned the area and Brad dropped the receipt off. All went as desired!

They were a day late but did a great job and left the property in good condition. I got other quotes and Gray's was far and away the best. The estimator pointed out that I had two dead pines which I did not realize. I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking for professional work at a very fair price.

Overall, it was a good experience. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and did exactly what they said they would do. The workers were friendly; they actually performed an additional service for me. They ripped a flower tree out of the ground and disposed that, I believe, at no extra charge. Everything was nice and clean. They actually beat out another competitor in terms of the price. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They arrived and cut trees, removed limbs, ccame bak next day to grind stumps.

They were great. They did the job wonderfully. They had a crane, so they didn't damage the irrigation system. They were professional and quick. They had good equipment, and they worked safely. They were really good, and they were significantly cheaper than other companies, because they could do the job so quickly with a crane. They didn't leave a mess at all.

Called Gray's for an estimate, owner called me back promptly with lowest quote by over $100 (quoted 2 other local services)...tree was cut down within a week or so; quick, easy friendly and a bargain. About as good an experience as you can have getting a tree cut down.

The owner was super nice. They cleaned up the area good, but the follow up on what was not done is what has turned us off Gray's Tree service.

See above. It went well. They provided estimate on first visit and did the work the next day. This was my third time to use them for tree removal. There was very minimal collateral damage to my lawn/surrounding plants.

I was very pleased with their performance. It was truly amazing how these guys performed this job without causing any damage to either house or our yards. I will hire again.

They were very punctual and careful while doing the work. They were very professional and we had no problems at all.

This was not an emergency call. Rather, we decided to remove this tree simply because it would devastate our house should it fall and there was some indication around the base that it would indeed fall in the next decade or so. Despite the fact that our non-emergency job occurred in the midst of a very busy period for tree removal (several major wind storms had occurred), they managed to handle our job without delay. Our house is on a very steep grade, and it was not possible to bring in a crane for the majority of the removal. Thus, this was a classic, climb and cut job, and I was very pleased with the results. We miss the tree, but we sleep better. Talk to Gil.

They were very responsive, professional, courteous, and prompt. They used ropes to take down the tall trees to avoid damage to other nearby trees. They mulched our brush pile and the other small trees, and left them for us to use as bedding. They are bonded and insured, and provided us that documentation in addition to a written cost estimate.

They did a fabulous job. Totally professional, punctual, and a good price for what we had done. In the world of Volkswagens, they are the Cadillac of tree service.

Gray's removed several trees from our back yard and one large pine from between our house and a near neighbor's house. All were removed quickly (and carefully around the neighbor's fence with ropes to catch falling limbs) without incident. They grounded the stumps, cut the main trunks into firewood pieces for us to keep and then wasted no other parts of the downed trees making all into mulch which they apparently sell on site at their Bessemer location. The site was left as if there was never a tree there. The crew was pleasant and professional.
