Description of Work: I had a large tree fall in my yard. Grays service cleaned up the fallen tree and also cut down a few other small trees and bushes around my house. The also ground most of the stumps after cutting the trees down. Only down side is they missed some of the stumps even coming back a second time.

Description of Work: Removed several large trees, trimmed several more back, ground stumps. Hauled of debris. Big job so large crane make safe and good work of the situation.

Description of Work: Gray's had previously removed trees for us and they did a tremendous job. We recently had them remove 3 more trees, cut them in wood-burning pieces, and remove all debris. They are very professional and do an outstanding job. It is very important to me that no other trees or shrubs are damaged during the removal, and they are very respectful of that. We will definitely use them again!

We ended up going with a neighbor who needed the work, however, because the job was not as involved as we thought it would be. We promised to contact Gray's in the future as we predict we will have more trouble with this tree.

Description of Work: They cut down three trees, they also cut down another dead tree that was near the ones I had indicated to be cut down. They did not charge for the additional tree.

Description of Work: We have used this company multiple times. My husband is an insurance adjuster, and was very pleased with them.

Description of Work: I called Gray's to come out and give me a quote to cut down 3 very large pine trees, one old pine stump, 2 small dogwood trees, and to grind up some overgrown holly bush stumps. Gray's came in about $1,000 below the lowest other price and they were able to perform the work about a week later. Everything went very smoothly and I will use them again in the future when the need arises. Thanks for the help Gray's!

Description of Work: Showed up, did not bring the large truck so as to trim back the entire tree. That was the original estimate, the entire tree. smaller truck could only reach a little over half the tree. I asked what they were going to do about this, they said they would have to clime the tree and use ropes. I got the feeling it would wind up costing me more. I told them no. I told them to clean up, they did. and that then I told them to leave. no one ever called the head office, etc. I called and talked to lady on phone and said they needed to come back and finish and how dissappointed I was they did not come prepared. The were supposed to schedule that and it never got done. I only called two other times, it was never done. very disappointed int this company, because they do have a good reputatiionn.. Thanks.

Description of Work: This was the second job in two months for Gray's. They cut down some trees, ground up a few stubs including a huge root ball from a large oak tree. They cleaned up aafter themselves. Overall very tidy, professional, and prompt. Absolutly do what they say for the price they quote.

Description of Work: They took down a huge tree that was hanging over my home and ground up the stumps from several other trees. Good folks that came highly referred. I would recommend them to anyone. Had to use a big crane and the whole deal.

Description of Work: They came at the appointed time and not only did the work requessted but took down an extra tree. Tthey were not able to remove the debris that day but did come back to complete the job and remove the cutttings. I would recommend them for thoroughness , professionalism and fairness .

Description of Work: I had a huge tree with large roots that I needed to have removed. Gray's did a great job from start to finish. They used a crane to take the tree down so there was no danger of the tree falling on something. The yard was cleaned so well that there were no loose limbs or leaves left laying around.
