The 2 girls were actually ahead of schedule and did a great job! I've since put them on a bi-weekly schedule and they continue to do a great job. One of the best decisions I've made!

It was a onetime use for a certain property. The work done was very good overall. They were just very conscientious. They made sure that they cleaned exactly what I needed cleaned.

They do a thorough job. We pay $65 every time they come out. We would continue to use them in the future.

They did a fine job. I liked the way the work was done. They were punctual and they did what they said what they were going to do.

The price was for two people for 1 1/2 hours. They did a fine job. For the price we thought it was reasonable. The quality of the work and customer service was good. We have no complaints.

We use Carol's Cleanine on a biweekly basis. They are typically on time and thorough. As an overall experience, we believe we get what our money is paid for. Occassionally we need to point out details that we want addressed, but as an overall general cleaning, they do decent work. We do not like to be last on the day's schedule as the ladies seem to be rushed at that point and ready for their day to end. We will continue to use this service.

She does anything I want her to do. If I want her to do anything extra, I'll leave a note. They know where the key to my house is. We had a rental house, and I had them do the clean-up. We had an awful, messy, terrible landlord. They were running all of our electricity through our electric meter. We had them arrested; it was just awful. We didn't know what they were going to say when we moved out. We had them clean the place from top to money. They found some of our money, and they left a note. I had no idea that there was money around. They could've put it in their pocket. If the landlord had found it, they would've taken it. If there was anything that the landlord could've said wasn't cleaned or done, we would not have gotten our deposit. There was nothing. The girls did an excellent job. They even swept the garage. We just think they're great. The price is great.

Two women showed up on time. They got straight to work and did an outstanding job. I've hired them weekly now!

My aging mom is no longer able to keep her house clean, in fact, when I traveled to check on her last year, she had really let things go. Her health issues had stopped all her cleaning and tidying, and she has always been very negative about getting housecleaning help. With shingles all summer, she had used baby powder nonstop to relieve the itching, resulting in a thick white coating on every surface as the powder floated throughout the house, plus tiny snowdrifts in every corner! Knowing I could not handle this alone, I started praying I could find some brave soul to deal with it, and with my mother. I went to the phone book and started calling, and Carol was the first to call back - on the weekend. Fearing her team would turn and leave as soon as they stepped into what looked like a haunted house, I waited anxiously for their arrival scheduled exactly when I needed them -only 2 days later, while my mom was in the hospital. Carol sent a team of 3 including her very capable step-daughter Genny, and they arrived on time, entering the house introducing themselves while simultaneously wiping down the doorway, passing by me and plugging in vacuums, and so it went for 2 hours. I STILL don't know how they did it in that time, but the house was glistening when they left, sheets were washed,dried and the beds were remade with them, and they even helped me hang new curtains in the kitchen. They never flinched, and when I apologized for the white mess, they laughed and said, "Well, there's no maggots!" I did NOT ask for that story! My mom burst into tears when we brought her home-the house looked like she used to keep it 20 years ago. Sweet, clever girls who know how to clean a terrific mess, and put the room back together sensibly, and with the best attitude the whole time - my mom even loves them. What a team! Since then, I have called Carol whenever it got bad, at the last minute really, and she was right there for us, sending Genny and one of her other team. Now I have convinced Mom and my family that we can't do without her, and Carol has given me an amazing every 2 week price, and I cannot express how much of a help this is. I wish I could beam them to my house.
