They were polite and professional and did a good job.

Team came out and did a complete cleaning prior to us moving in. Arrived on time and brought all cleaning tools and supplies to do the job. Used them again to clean the house we moved from. New homeowners were pleased. Will use again.

I waited all day Monday as was scheduled and when I called Tuesday night she said she was sorry and when could they come. It was said as if it was't a big deal but it is. When someone waits for a contractor it is a definite inconvenience and Carol dismissed it as if it was something that we should expect and she was surprised when I wouldn't reschedule. I told her I would call her the next week then she emphatically said she was sorry much more aggressively, as if saying it stronger would make it better somehow. I read the review about the rings and pain killers missing but we had no problems. I won't use them again because of the flippant "sorry" I got when calling. Not professional at all.

Carol's Cleaning Service has been cleaning for us for two years. We have been decently content with the cleaning for the cost. However in the last 6 months they have started to slack off on the cleaning quality. The bathrooms flloors and hardwood floors are dirty as ever and what they were using has ruined my hardwood floors. However, my husband and I felt that we would leave notes and try to correct the issue to be fair and give them a chance. Well, two months ago I realized that I had a ring missing. Since then we have realized that 4 gold rings are missing and every prescription drug that I had that contained hydrocodone has been emptied. Clearly the integrity and the professionalism of Carol's Cleaning Team is questionable at best. I would not hire them!

We were listing our house on the market. The cleaning was well done from top to bottom. No complaints. The cleaning team was quick and asked if we saw anything or needed any other things cleaned. Ask for Amy and Amanda.

Provider came late and did a poor job the first time out. I reported dissatisfaction to the owner and she sent another crew andvrecleaned free of charge. The second time was better,but still lacked the attention to detail that I like.

I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I purchased a Big Deal, four hours of cleaning for $99.00. Our house is rather large so we purchased an additional two hours for $100.00. Two ladies arrived at the appointed time ready for work. Cleaned five bathrooms (one needed some extra scrubbing), Vacumned all the carpeted areas, mopped the hardwood and tile areas, cleaned blinds, wash glass doors and even some windows they could reach. Dusted and clean counters, just a general very good cleaning. MIssed the microwave, but i'am giving them an "A" anyway, because this large (5200 sf) needed a good cleaning. We got plenty for our money. Will call them again.

Did a good job on the bathroom, which was the main reason I hired. The rest of the cleaning was good as well.

It went fine. They were very good. They did it muck thorough than usual, did detailed cleaning like in the refrigerator, countertops and things they don't usually clean and they were were able to do it without extra charge and they are very affordable too. They were very professional.

After initial agreement on items to be addressed, team members have performed consistently well over the last couple of months.

Overall, I believe Carol might need to visit some of the houses after they are cleaned to assess the job that has been done without the girls knowing about it.

I had wanted them to clean my whole house but that was not what happened. I needed it at the last minute. I needed it that day or the next day because I had company coming. She said that she would let me know that night if she could do it. She called me back later than night and said that her daughter could do it. She said that her daughter worked with her some time. Her daughter was an hour late. She did call and said not to worry and that she had overslept. She had a really horrible day and was crying a lot. Her boyfriend showed up while she was cleaning the house and they got in a big fight. It was an awful experience. She was there for 4 hours and had to leave to pick her little boy up from daycare. She was very apologetic and she felt bad.

The amount that I pay includes a tip for the girls, and I pay them every two weeks. I like that they come and do their job in a way that I don’t have to stay out of the house for very long for them to get through. They’re pretty efficient. They give me an approximate time and they’re usually an hour behind that. Sometimes it puts me off a little bit but other than that, I’m satisfied with their service. I will use them again in the future.

I chose this company after reading the many good reviews on Angie's list. I have been let down by a previous cleaning service and was ready to try something new. The prices I saw on the reviews seemed extremely reasonable for an A company. I was very let down. Although Carol and her staff are friendly and trustworthy, the work is not very good. I was extremely disappointed with the cleaning. The floors were still dirty and they vacuumed around everything and not under anything. (I didn't expect them to move the couches, but at least small tables - my coffee table had a ton of dirt under it after they left). I am going to have to clean the many things they missed myself. I don't think you should pay to have your house cleaned and then end up having to clean it yourself. Although I was sucked in by their low prices - the old adage "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. They made my old service's cleanings look great! (and believe me they weren't). Pay the extra money and get a better clean.

Well, I read all the positive reviews and decided to call them. Well, when I called Carol answered and I tried telling her I want her to do cleaning and she just cut me off and said very rudely " Sorry I am not interested in whatever you are selling".She didn't even bother to find out who had called and for what reason.

I would say Carol's Cleaning team is dependable and they seem trustworthy. As far as their cleaning, I would say they are above average but not exceptional.

Needed a cleaning service for my elderly aunt, and Carol's team did an excellent job. Fast, efficient, thorough and friendly. My aunt had some problems with other cleaners, but she was delighted with Carol's team. I would highly recommend them. They were always prompt and provided all the supplies/equipment they needed. Well worth the money!!

I've been using them weekly for about 4 months now. They do a great job.

To begin, this company came well referred by Angies List, so perhaps our experience was not typical. They were supposed to arrive between 8:30 and 9:00am to do an initial deep cleaning. The Price was $120, for two people to come. They showed up at 9:45. We were the first cleaning of the day, and the first time meeting them. They shouldn't have been late. I assumed the initial cleaning would be really good, here are the highlights. They didn't empty the wastebaskets in the bathrooms. They didn't pick up anything such as magazines on the end tables, they dusted around them. They vacuumed around the litterbox as apposed to sliding it out of the way and vacuuming under it (which is just lazy) They didn't clean the baseboards, fans, lamps, or blinds....at all. (part of what I was told was a typical first cleaning) They cleaned the bathrooms well, but didn't do the hard stuff that you'd expect, such as the sides of the toilet bowl. Still dusty. They cut corners on the entire house when vacuuming. They didn't even slide the ottoman out of the way, they did it the way I would do it, and just went around it. We have a two bedroom house, one room of which is a man-room. They didn't even vacuum in there or dust a thing. There was much much more, which leads me to believe that I'm either just ignorant to what a cleaning person should do, or they were just terrible. They were only here for two hours. Which means I paid $30 an hour for each girl to do a sloppy job. We aren't dirty people, and we keep a pretty clean house, we just don't have time to keep up with it like we would like, so we hired someone. This was our first go, and it was not acceptable. $30 an hour for that! My wife compared this to us cleaning for an hour on Sunday, cutting corners, cause we really want to watch a movie. That's how this was. Our house is only 1500 square feet!

Carol was very responsive in responding to our phone message and getting things scheduled. I was happy with the amount of communication we received. The assigned maid was late showing up to the home, which caused my Wife and Daughter to hang out in an empty house for around 40 minutes. The cleaner did mostly a good job (B, not A-level work). There was a downstairs bathroom sink that didn't get cleaned properly as well as some cleaning residue left on the stove top burners. These are really minor, but I can't give an "A" because of it. I still feel like she did a good job and I got good value for the endeavor. I will still recommend her service.

I wasn’t very happy with this company at all. I would not use this company again in the future. When they left my house there was so much that wasn’t cleaned. I found crumbs all over my kitchen and found many places they didn’t dust. The crew wasn’t professional at all. When they came in my house they didn’t even introduce themselves. Overall, the cleaning was just not good.

Carol does the scheduling and she has been very reliable and courteous. She worked with me on scheduling changes and always calls when she says she will. The girls that cleaned my house did a good job. I wouldn't say it was perfect, but I am nitpicky and I was still very happy. If I need a particular thing done, I just leave them a list and they always accommodate.

They showed up and did a great job. The house looked brand new when they had finished the work. I would rate them highly.
