Description of Work: Two ladies arrived a little late but had to drive for 30 minutes from a job they were finishing. They were friendly and polite and went right to work. They finished within the allotted 2 hour time frame and asked if there was anything else they could do. My wife was satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: Used them before and very pleased. This time one person was new and this house is very large. Used the big deal and paid $100.00 extra. I had to go out and left my sister in charge. She told me they left before time and didn't finish the vacuum downstairs plus a few other things that they had time to finish.

Description of Work: I called Carol's Cleaning based on Angie's list and was not disappointed. They had quoted one price and I agreed. After they arrived, they recognized that actual amount of work was less than they and lowered the amount they quoted. They call weekly to confirm and arrive as promised. They get in, get out, and leave me with a clean house.
