Alan responded quickly, quoted a large job hauling rubble, coordinated the date and time for the project, followed through with the job, performed the work per our agreement, and honored the original estimate. I would definitely do business with him in the future.

The company was prompt and inexpensive. The only other quote that I got was just for a 15 cubic yard dumpster for a month for $295. I planned on using that for the same stuff, but I would have had to do all the loading work, which would have taken me a week and killed my back (not to mention that I have gout in my feet and knees). It took them about 3 hours to do the work. I'm happy!

Alan communicated clearly and concisely what services he performs relative to my request and the approximate prices to expect. He called when he was running late on an earlier job that had gotten bigger than explained. His attention to detail was excellent and both he and his assistant's attitudes were professional. I will definitely call "We Chunk Junk" when I tackle my garage.

This was a great experience. We booked the company online from Atlanta so we had little information to go on. My grandparents both passed away last year. We needed to clean their house out to get it ready for market. THere was 60 years worth of stuff in the house. The men were very professional, friendly and courteous. They walked through the hosue and pciked up 2 1/2 truck loads of stuff to haul away. They took EVERYTHING. We did not have to go through it and decide what was donate, recycle or trash. They will do that for us. That is a bonus since we were all from out of town and had a limited amount of time to spend getting the house ready for market. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I would not hesitate to recommend We Chunk Junk to anyone.

We Chunk Junk were great. They came and took out our hot tub that we couldn't find any one to removed. They came in, they cut it all up and they hauled it.

I called this company to remove an older style 36in television that weighed approx. 200lbs and dispose of it properly, because I had no way of moving and/or hauling it off myself, and the city that I live in considers televisiosn "hazardous waste" which cannot be picked up curbside on "bulk disposal" days. Literally, within 20-30min of my phone call, as the gentleman happened to be in my area, he came, picked up my television, handed me a flyer with a description of their services, etc. Fast, Efficient, Affordable, & Friendly. Will use again in the future and would definitely recommend to others.

We Chunk Junk responded to my email quickly. They happened to be in the area and did the job immediately. Old hot tub is gone, minimal hassle and great folks to deal with. I will definitely call them again when I need to have something hauled away.

I found We Chuck Junk through a search on the web. I had heard of them before from advertisements. I filled out an on-line request for quote Sunday afternoon. I received a very nice E Mail from the owner shortly after my request thanking me for my E Mail and letting me know they open up on Monday morning and he would call me then. He did just that. On Monday morning I received a call from Alan. He was very professional and kind. We talked through what I needed to have done. He was in the Madison area and went to my house within a short time after our call. He called me from there and quoted me a price. I was very happy with the quote and gave him the go ahead. I paid by credit card over the phone. I was excited to see the pile gone as I drove home this afternoon. I pulled into my driveway and it was gone completely. They did a great job! I would definitely use them again!

We had been cleaning out a garage for a week. Was very cluttered with lots of stuff from years and years. We had bought a bagster to get WM to come and get, but WM was going to take forever. I called We chunk junk and in 2 days they were here and had it all cleaned up within and hour! Great group of guys. Wont rip you off and work fast.

I was only there for the before and after, not during. All I can say is that I would hire them again, and again, and again.

They came within just 2 days of my call, were punctual, took care not to scratch any walls or doors, and quickly dispatched this heavy couch with a minimum of fuss and time. The young men Alan uses are clean-cut, Christian men who do their jobs politely, carefully, and effectively. I also appreciate the fact that We Chunk Junk will try to re-home my old couch, if possible, rather than add it to our already overflowing landfills. I will definitely be calling Alan again when we get around to cleaning out our garage and organizing our study!

They did an excellent job. In fact, one of the neighbors had seen them do the work and called me and asked who that was, because they did such a professional job. They were very courteous and they cleaned up after themselves; they weren't a hindrance in getting around in the neighborhood. My neighborhood said that he wanted to use them too. I wasn’t there at the time; I just knew that they did a great job. They gave me a reasonable price. It was really great. He was also really good; afterwards since I wasn’t there, he called to let me know that it was finished. I told him that I was at work and asked him how I was going to pay him. He said that he could stop by and asked me to tell him where I was. He came by and he had one of those cool things in his telephone where he can just swipe it, and that was convenient.
