We Chunk Junk

I loved my experience with we chunk junk. They showed up on time and called me 30 MIN prior to their arrival. All the guys were clean cut and well mannered. They went above and beyond for me. Customer service = EXCEPTIONAL! They got rid of junk that I have been trying to get rid of for years!! You can tell the owner takes pride in his company! He even showed up to help workers with the job at my home and that is something you do not see often. If there is a disposal service in heaven it would be called WE CHUNK JUNK! I will definitely be using their services again in the future. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their work ethic and customer service I cannot reiterate that enough!

It went very well. He's got boys that WORK, and they own the job until it is done. Great guy to work with. I gave a B on price only because I thought it was a little high, but considering the job I needed done, he was very professional. The job was 7-8 trailer loads total.

They were there the next morning after calling them. They arrived on time, with great attitude and professionalism. These guys came, hauled and left so quickly. And they did not leave one thing out of place. GREAT team of men! I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Prompt reply to my inquiry, arrived on time and worked efficiently. Professional, courteous and mindful of not tearing up the yard even though the ground is saturated from the rain. Highly recommend and when it dries out some, I'm bringing them back for more work. Could not be happier with their work.

We Chunk Junk is great! On time, pleasant to work with, efficient. All I had to do was point out what needed to be removed and they did all of the rest. A great team!

Went great. They arrived early and emptied the unit in about 20 minutes. They even swept it afterwards. Great service!

It was amazing. Due to travel and disabilities our very large two story high garage was absolutely full, top to bottom. Alan and the crew arrived on a time at 8:00 AM and we discussed the process. They were quick, considerate and very professional as they carried out their tasks. The garage is now a usable space and the burden of worrying about it is off my shoulders. I truly cannot praise this company enough. We have a pool house and a farm near here that I hope we can tackle later in the year and will certainly be calling them back. All I can say is Thank Heaven for We Chunk Your Junk. I would add before and after but I don't have time at the moment.

Crew arrived as scheduled, performed the work necessary, and cleaned up the area after removal. I was very pleased with the service. the personnel and the professional manner in which the job was done. I wou9ld highly recommend this company to anyone. .

They came when they said they would, cut up and removed the hot tub and swing, and broom swept the remaining debris from the hot tub deck. I now have a usable shady deck where I can sit and enjoy my yard. I should have done it sooner!

Went great, Alan showed up within hours of my request for a quote, provided a quote , which I accepted and he had his crew there within an hour. He even tried to remove some extra poles that were in the ground but was unable to remove. Great effort and customer service.

Extremely pleased with the customer service I received. We were in a hurry and the company got to us with in 24 hours. Allen was helpful and prompt and reasonable with his rates.

Arrived on time, professional team. Provider provided estimate and confirmed my agreement wit the price before proceeding. Quickly loaded the items.

Alan told me that he and his crew would arrive at 8:30am and they arrived exactly at 8:30am. He had me show him the items that I wanted hauled and then he and his guys got to work. They were friendly, fast, efficient and thorough. I took some before and after photos on my phone to send to my wife and she was extremely impressed with their work. I would recommend We Chunk Junk to any of my friends or family without hesitation.

Provider was super nice and worked really hard. They forgot to haul off the freezer, I called them and they came back at no extra charge.

I telephoned them this morning. They made an afternoon appointment and showed up exactly on time. They removed a 320 pound treadmill, two chairs, a small cabinet, some excess plywood, and some old chemical products in less than 15 minutes and for a very reasonable price.

Very professional and friendly on the phone on my original contact. They explained clearly how their service worked. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description with caveat that he needed to actually see what I needed to be hauled away before he could give me a firm price. Was able to work me in that day, which I did not expect. Showed up when he said they would, quickly loaded my junk and hauled it away. Very easy and quick process. The price was a little higher than I was hoping for, but the ease of the process made it worthwhile.

Our attic was full of items we had neither seen nor needed in the last 20 years. Our garage was cluttered with old lawnmowers, discarded and broken glass, odd pieces of wood, cans of paint, and a broken chest of drawers. Inside the house, we donated a HUGE, heavy armoire computer desk and an old couch. We have since used WeChunkJunk to finish removing unwanted junk and clutter. They have always been courteous, neat and punctuation.

Allen Snider is the owner of We Chunk Junk. We have had many contractors work for us, but he is the only one we have given a key to during long jobs. Mr. Snider is courteous, punctual, honest, knowledgable, skilled, and respectful. Mr. Snider values his customers. He often says, "Take care of your customers and they will take care of you." We Chunk Junk gets the job done. They remove the things you don't want anymore. They also contribute items to charity. We are extremely pleased with their work and recommend them highly.

They were very polite, professional and on time! They called me 15 minutes before they arrived to give me a heads up. I was given pricing over the phone and they reviewed it with me once they arrived at my home. I had a lot of miscellaneous things for them to pick up and they double checked with me to make sure they understood what to take. There were no surprises on the fee. They were very careful to explain what they charge and why. I would use them again if I needed them except we are moving out of state. It was great to find out about their service to help purge things before our move.

My wife found theses guys on the Internet. I called them up to arrange for them to pick up some junk that had accumulated during a remodel of my home. It included large unframed mirrors (3) that took two people to manage, broken brick, unused and chipped tile, several cans of paint, a barrel full of ash, a barrel full of wood chips and various other sundry junk that had accumulated in my garage. We agreed to a scheduled date and time. They showed up right on the dot, gave me a price that I agreed to, and then they took everything I pointed to. I didn't have to lift a finger. Couldn't be easier or more cost effective. I will be using these guys again and again in the future.

Very professional. Show up when they say they will, and take care of junk, recycling what they can, disposing of the rest. All at a very good price.

We all collect "stuff" and if you're like me we keep the odd glass or obsolete textbook "just in case" we may need it. Eventually you just have to get rid of the odds and ends. My husband and I had already donated the truly useful items that had gone unused (by us) for several years and we were left with a pile of odd bits. I found out about We Chuck Junk on this site and am VERY glad I gave them a call. Arrival was exactly at the agreed upon time. Mr. Snider introduced himself and his helpers, surveyed what needed to be removed and gave a (very fair) estimate. The goods were removed to the truck very quickly. Everyone was very polite, quick and quiet. I packed most thing in boxes and bags because that made it easier for me, but Mr. Snider was clear that they will take anything however and wherever you have it My husband has now been inspired to clean the garage. We will definitely call them again!

These guys are really great! They did EXACTLY what they said they would, which was EXACTLY what I wanted. I had gathered 30 years worth of junk and needed to clean house. A lot of it (probably fifty or more book boxes) were heavy. There was also a lot of assorted stuff I no longer wanted. I put "most" of it in boxes but wasn't quite finished when they arrived (EXACTLY on time). I was amazed at how quickly they filled up their trailer with my stuff... I think it was less than 3 hrs. These folks are extremely honest, polite, tell you exactly how their pricing works (it depends on the volume of stuff they carry away) and really know what they're doing. They suggested carrying out my upstairs junk via a window. I was skeptical as I was afraid someone standing on the porch roof outside the window (to pass stuff down to their trailer) might somehow damage the roof. I was also a little worried that the weight of their trailer on my lawn might leave tire tracks. After talking to the owner (he didn't pressure me at all) I decided to take his advice. After they finished there was absolutely no sign of either kind of damage. And they even broke down a bunch of empty moving boxes I hadn't had time to do. I HIGHLY recommend these folks.
