It went well. There were there when they said they would be. There was one day when they were later than usual, but still within the time frame they stated. There was some "dust" left from the cutting of vent openings, but other than that, everything was great.

Most of the work was good quality. The only exception was drywall work in the kitchen. The drywall work was not seamless. There was a built up area or mudding all the way around the new installation. It looked like a repair. Within two months, it all cracked out. When I had it replaced, I discovered that the piece did not fit well and there were only 6 screws in the installation of a 4 x 6 piece in the ceiling. The new installation has been in for several months and has not cracked out. For convenience, I did not use this company to rework the original installation. However, I did contact them and let them know what issues I discovered during the repair. I asked the owner to pass it on to their crew. Unfortunately, I did not take a photo.

Wonderful. Office staff was very courteous and professional and answered all questions I had about purchasing the unit, warranty and installation questions, and operation of the unit. The installers took out the old unit and replaced with the new unit in just a few hours. They cleaned up the work area before leaving, and no trash was left behind. They instructed me on how to use the new thermostat. And much to my surprise, the installers left without asking for payment that day. I then received a followup email asking if I was satisfied or had any questions. I received the bill in the mail a few days later. In the past, I have had to pre-pay for a new unit, and full payment was due the day it was installed. I felt that the service was top notch, along with the product. Electric bills have dropped since the new unit was installed. Well worth the money, and very well priced. I shopped several other HVAC companies and other heat pump brands before going with Bobby Terry and a Trane.

Very professional, found the problem and fixed it without any trouble at all. They gave great service and I would use them again.
