The lack of integrity and quality of work was not what I expected from a company that has been around for so long. Work ethic and quality of work has greatly diminished over the years. We paid over $21,000 for electrical on a remodel and instead of replacing 40+ year old wiring, they just spliced parts of new wire to the old wire AND left most of the wiring hanging down on the ground. They also had cut the wire in several places and did not fix it until we called them. I would not recommend them or the contractors that use them (Pressnell Enterprises)

The replaced my old heat pump, put in a new pad, repaired some insulation around the ductwork around the house, and even put mulch around the new pad. All for the original estimate give, all included. (I had another company come by and give me an estimate and they quoted $11,000 to $12,000, saying I needed new ductwork, which I didnt.). I recommend Bobby Terry Co.

They went into the house and broke a bunch of stuff. They didn't do a real professional job that I thought they should be able to do. I wouldn't recommend them for that. They fixed the problem but broke stuff in the house. I think the price was on the high side for what they did.

The over all experience was pretty high, at least an A. The price was better than we thought it was going to be, we thought there was something really big wrong with it and it wasn't. So I'd say probably a B for price.

The good side is they are fairly responsive and knowledgeable. They're pretty expensive. They do have experience on geothermal heat pumps. It was more expensive than I thought.

They were punctual and they fixed it promptly.

After two other companies failed to properly diagnose the problem I called Bobby Terry. The Technician did a complete check of the unit and working with the Trane field service rep he was able to determine that the compressor was not working properly. The first company said that the unit was working as designed. The second company replaced the expansion valve twice and claimed that the problem was solved. Bobby Terry worked directly with Trane to get the repairs done under warranty at the end of the warranty period. Communication from all of the Bobby Terry members was excellent. They were prompt for appointments and kept me informed of progress until the unit was repaired.

Called Bobby Terry at 7:30; by 8:30 they were on the job. They have always exceeded my expectations.

We were satisfied with their service. They service geothermal heat pumps and that was the main reason why we went with them. They knew what they were doing. It was good but they were a little pricey.

I was extremely pleased with the service and the quality of work. I had sought out 3 separate estimates to replace the 20 year old Trane system at my mother's house. I wanted another Trane but was willing to consider other brands as well. Darryl called me and gave me an estimate. After 2 other contractors estimated the work at $1000 to $3000 more, I called him back, concerned that I had not asked the right questions and something was missing in his quote. He reasurred me that all work would be done to highest quality and he was right. Not only did I get the best price by far, but his men arrived exactly as scheduled, replaced the old unit and put a new one on the pad. they cleaned up completely, removing the old unit and all debris. They even place new soil around the pad in intake areas to provide a finished look. The workmen were professional and pleasant. The entire job was completed in 3 1/2 hours and there were no additional costs. The initial estimate was exactly what I paid. When the system at my home needs replacing, I will most certainly call them.

I have used Bobby Terry for the 10 years I have lived in this house, and they have never let me down. I have used them on plumbing jobs (repairing leaks, replacing faucets) and also on repairing and maintaining my HVAC. The office staff is very polite and responsive and willing to get answers to questions. They work hard to make appointments that are good for me, they are very responsive to emergency requests, and the repair people are always punctual at the appointment time. The repair staff is unfailingly professional, competent, polite, and punctual. They will spend as much time as it takes to fix a difficult problem and their prices are very reasonable. Once I had my auto sensor go out in my HVAC and they had to order the electronic box required to fix it, so they patched the HVAC so that it would be able to run in manual mode so I could have heating and cooling until they got the part. Once the part was in, they quickly came back and made the finished repair. They are very good.

Fixed a slow leak in the hot water access pipes (copper). We didn't notice leak until small amount of mold had formed along the baseboard. The wallboard, of course, had to be removed in order to access the pipes, and we did that ourselves to assess what was wrong.

problem fixed before my water bill went sky high. They showed up promptly even though I was out of town. They fised the problem quickly.

A CPVC pipe with a pinhole reared its ugly head late on Saturday. I called Bobby Terry Company, and the pipe was fixed by a really nice guy. The end.

We had our old heat pump system replaced due to age. I shopped around including on Angie's List and got several estimates and met with three different companies. While all the companies we interviewed had a very good presentation, we decided to go with Bobby Terry company. We were VERY satisfied with their work. The guys who installed it were all very friendly, professional, clean, didn't smoke (or if they did they never showed it which was a definite plus in my book), answered and explained answers to my questions and always addressed me appropriately and with respect. After the job, they cleaned up after themselves and you could hardly tell anyone was there. I was very satisfied and if I had to do it over again I would not change a thing. :-)

They did a lot of work for us. The last time they came it was excellent, they did very well. I like the fact that they can do anything. I can just call the person there and they can perform almost any kind of service that I need. They found some things that need to be fixed for it to work properly. We are new to the area and we have quite a few things to be done to the house, they have managed to do everything except painting. The painting was the only thing that I would say was not that well. They didn't put enough coats of paint. The price was reasonable.
