Description of Work: Called for a clogged shower. Sent technician out and used snake to run the pipe. Everything seemed to flush and run well. Charged about $250. In a couple of days the pipe backed up again. Neighborhood Plumber sent the guy out again. This time he ran the pipe further, and cut the pipe in a couple of places to make sure the clog was gone. It was running well, and the technician said it was clear. Charged another approximately $350. In about a week it stopped up again. Was told that the technician has said that any further cleaning was not warranted since there was not enough drop in the pipe. The owner came out and looked at the pipes, and said he thought there was enough drop, and installed a new flapper valve to assure enough water was running in each flush. Did not charge for this, but only took 10 minutes of his time. In about a week it stopped up again. Owner came out and ran a camera up the pipe to the toilet, and discovered scale buildup was causing the problem. Had to replace about 10 ft of pipe. Charged another $450. I understand that it is a process in finding trouble sometimes, but I feel that one of these visits should have been credited back since the real cause was not discovered earlier.

I am very proud to call them a honest and respectable company. They are professional in very way. If anything were to go wrong, they would not leave the site until it was fixed or they would come back for that matter.
Description of Work: Neighborhood Plumber installed a toilet into my bathroom downstairs.

+ -1 moreWe had all this water leaking in the water line, where it comes into your house from the street. I called and someone came right over. This was a big job. The old pipe was shut off and a new pipe now runs from the street into the home. It took several hours, but we had water restored that day. It has a five year warranty and a one year on labor.
Description of Work: We had a major leak in our house water main coming in from the street. They fixed it.

I needed to replace some pipes to sell my home when they gave me the estimate the plumber left a part out of the original estimate. It turns out he never charged me for it simply because he wanted to honor the original estimate. I consider this to be extremely fair. He brought the home up to code in a day and did not try to sell anything it did not need. All the old pipes were removed and no mess was left behind.
Description of Work: I called them to bring the plumbing in a twenty year old home up to date to sell by replacing some of the old worn piping.

+ -1 moreHe did all the work I ask him to do, and he showed up on time. He did a real good job and cleaned up the mess. He was professional and friendly and fixed all the leaks. It took him about two hours, and the faucets haven't leaked since. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: The plumber repaired the leaks in my house, which were all faucets. He repaired the kitchen faucet, two bathroom faucets and one faucet outside.
