Good experience. Went as expected

We called on a Friday night after coming home to find the main water line pouring water into the yard and some water getting into the house (this had happened less than two years ago and the plumber we were using at that time had created more problems, so I wasn't surprised that their repair didn't stand the test of time). Robert responded the next day even though he was out of town. Although I was able to turn off the water to the house with a pair of pliers, Robert strongly cautioned me to get the right tool from a hardware store. I took his very good advice later that day (it was under $10 just as Robert had said it would be), which likely prevented me from hurting myself with the pliers. Robert promised to come out first thing Monday morning, and based on past experience with him, we preferred to wait for him rather than finding someone else to come out before Monday. As expected, he was worth the wait. He arrived Monday morning as promised and stayed on the task until he was done. The break was in a difficult spot, but we have every confidence it's the last repair we'll have to do there. Thanks again Robert!

Called Superior to come check out an outside faucet that was leaking more than a gallon per day. When Robert checked the faucet he was not able to fix it and said my best course was to replace. The old faucet would not come off and since I have vinyl siding he could not use a torch to cut it off. Had to cut into the drywall in my closet to get to the pipes. He was very careful in his cuts and was able to pop the pieces back in place when he finished. Did a great job and was very professional.

Robert was fantastic. Really fast. I called a few places and just got an answering machine. He answered on his cell and was at my home within an hour. He fixed it quickly at a reasonable price.

Representative was prompt and ready to work. Located the source of the leak quickly. Made a follow-up appointment for later in the day to repair leak (needed to obtain required parts). Returned promptly at the appointed time and completed repair in estimated time. No issues to date with repair. Price was fair based on previous experience. Clean-up was thorough. Very pleased with this service provider. Highly recommend.

We have a finished bedroom and full bathroom downstairs in our basement that we had just recently converted into our home gym with the purchase of a couple of pieces of exercise equipment. My wife went to use the treadmill early yesterday morning to discover that the tub was filled with sewage and the toilet had overflowed with sewage partially flooding the basement. I checked Angie's list after my wife informed me of the problem for a local plumbing company that handles this type of problem that had already been reviewed by the community. I chose Superior Plumbing and was not disappointed with that decision. Called Superior that morning before their posted office hours and left a message. Within just a few minutes of the posted 8 AM business opening I received a call from Superior in response to my message and was told a service truck could be at my house within the hour. Less than an hour later Superior arrived at our house and began a thorough inspection of the situation in the basement and an evaluation of how best to attack and resolve the problem. We live in a 50 plus year old house that had been modified a couple of times over the years with any consideration of convenience in resolving this kind of problem. Robert with Superior was extremely professional and highly competent in his assessment and in the performance and execution of the resolution to this problem. Robert spent a couple of hours routing out the impacted sewer line utilization the sink drain line adjacent to the overflowing toilet since there was not one single clean out from which to operate. This of course made the work that much more difficult but Robert's attitude was awesome the whole time. Robert routed the line multiple times once the blockage was initially cleared to try and make sure the problem was solved. Robert gave me instructions to monitor the bathroom over the next 30 days making sure to flush the toilet several times a day during that time period to make sure the problem has been resolved for the long term providing us with a 30 day warranty. I was very satisfied with the work done by Robert / Superior and will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing related issues we may have and I would recommend Superior to anyone needing such services.

We were very happy with them. They were very prompt, very polite and fast.

I called in the morning on Monday and he came out late that afternoon after calling to make sure it was ok for him to still come out. He checked out the job and gave me an estimate to replace kitchen faucet and we settle on late afternoon Thursday for him come back. He called Thursday to let me know he was running late and could he still come out.That worked out great. The work took about an hour and I was very pleased!

Superior Plumbing did a great job. Was on site same day I contacted them. Other plumbers I contacted before contacting Superior either did not show up or could not come out for days. Superior had to make 2 or 3 additional trips over next 2-3 weeks at no charge. Price was more than fair. Overall a great job. Would not hesitate to refer Superior Plumbing to friends and associates over any other plumbing contractor in area.

I have used Robert several times. He is always on time and is good at diagnosing your problem and repairing it.

Robert was able to come and diagnose my plumbing problem and was very thorough and complete in his work. Tom, his assistant was also very pleasant and helpful. Robert was extremely knowledgable and went the extra mile to make sure that all the related plumbing/pipes were clear and not just the problem with the main sewer line. Once he knew I had a problem with the main sewer line, he made us a priority. He was polite and friendly and I thought the price was very fair.

I suspected a water pressure problem and malfunctioning pressure regulator because it had happened some years ago. I called Superior Plumbing after hours and asked for someone to call me the next morning, which Robert Polk, owner and master plumber, did, and he came when he finished a job he was currently working on. He was personable, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and cleaned up his work area. I would definitely use him again.

I called the business number, his office took the message and Robert responded the next morning, as I expected. He worked his schedule so that I would not have to alter my work, or leave my job. I did not have to wait for him at the house, he was there when I got home. Robert was very friendly and professional, and most of all he fixed the badly installed and leaking spigot, relatively quickly. He did not complain about anything he had to do. I would use Superior Plumbing again.

Have been using Superior Plumbing for years for all plumbing needs, including cableing main line, redirecting sewer under home, opening drains, installing fixtures, water pressure regulator. Always punctual and respectful; knows the plumbing of my house. Returns calls, "works me in" when needed. Much appreciated and recommended. Expensive but worth it.

Very well. Robert came out and gave us an estimate on Tuesday, and they came back out on a Saturday to do the work. The showed up at the appointed time, and, considering what kind of a job it was, they knocked it out and did a great job.

I called, he came out that afternoon. He was a very nice guy. He did the work quickly and the drain is working now. He gave us a 30 day guarantee that if it backs up he will come and do it again for free. One disappointment was that we wanted a camera put into the line to make sure it is not broken and he did not have a camera. We live in a 100 year old house and a lot of our neighbors have had trouble so we wanted to make sure that a broken line was not the source of the block. I don't know if he just did not have the camera with him or if he doesn't have one. Also the price to just to check the line would have been $250 which seemed a bit excessive.

My house is 55 years old. The drain line in my basement (under the slab) became stopped up, which caused the washing machine to shoot water UP the pipe to the kitchen upstairs. Robert came over promptly to unstop it. He saw that the pipe had deteriorated (pulled back mud when he tried to unstop it) but at least he had it where I could use the sink/washing machine. He then figured a way that was the least expensive/invasive/destructive to the basement while having the best outcome - to reroute the drain through a new pipe. Robert was awesome as always. I have been his customer since he formed his company, and he is always punctual, honest, and friendly, while doing excellent quality work. He always tries to make sure customers don't go without water or being able to use their sink, etc... so he often works some very long hours!

My husband, who is a pretty good handy man, worked on unstopping our kitchen sink for two days (he even got on the roof and dropped a snake down the vent) but he finally gave up. We called another company on Angie's List but they couldn't get to us anytime soon. When we called Robert Polk, owner of Superior Plumbing, he promised next day service (at our request) and he delivered right on time. Reliable, honest, reasonably priced, and very experienced. Call them!
