Description of Work: Replaced tension rod on garage door. I called and left a message. Call was retuned quickly. Next call was to set an appointment. Worked came, assessed problem, provided estimate. Left to get the parts. Returned and completed the job.

Description of Work: I recieved a ValuPak coupon from America's Garage Doors that had a discount for a garage door tune-up. The price was $69.95, retail listed as $129.95. Charles arrived promptly, went to work, finished in about 10 minutes. My door sounded worse than it was, however it works and the tune-up definately helped. The $69 seemed reasonable, $129 appears a little high for the work done, ( lubing the hinges, etc., checking door balance); however, like most other electrical/mechanical appliances, tune-ups need to be done occasionally. Lubing hinges, etc. is something most folks can do, if your door needs more than that the tune-up would be the way to go. For future door problems or perhaps a new door/opener, I would use this company again.

Description of Work: One of our springs on our garage door had snapped, so we needed it replaced. We also requested a tune up on both garage doors. Both springs needed replaced on the one door, so they were replaced and the technician checked and oiled both garage doors as well.

Description of Work: Replace 2 existing (un-insulated) garage doors, with 2 new insulated doors. Replaced framing, springs, and cable.

Description of Work: Garage Doors 4 U installed a garage door for me on Monday. Charles McDonald is the owner. He bought and brought a brand new Clopay door along with all the parts and then installed it. He had previously put in an opener for me and so, I had a new opener.
