He shows up on time, does great work and leaves the work place clean and neat. He has kept to his bid price every time.

The sealing material on the foundation of my north wall was cracked and damaged - - there was no leaking in my basement but I was concerned. Chad, From Perfection Home Repairs, came and looked it over. We discussed what needed to be done and he emailed me a detailed estimate within a few days of his visit. I called him with a few questions to make sure I understood what he was going to be doing, and he explained everything in detail. I knew exactly what he would do, what it would cost, and how long it would take. We had schedules to work around, his and mine, but when we finally scheduled the work, his team showed up as planned. They dug out the dirt all the way down to the foundation footing at the basement level, removing a section of fence beforehand, then hand shoveled out the rest, power washed everything, then applied a sealant, bithethane membrane, and foam boards before filling in the hole, grading the dirt, and replacing my fence. They came when they said they would, worked quickly, cleaned up well, and left the area graded better than it was before they came. I'll have an area of dirt to reseed next summer, which I expected. He even offered to help if I need it then. I had my invoice by email immediately, and an email final receipt right after I paid for the work (the same day). It turned out that the final cost was about $400 less than his estimate, which I very much appreciated. They worked hard to get everything done before the rain came, which was the day after they finished, and I'm very grateful for their hard work to make it happen on time. I plan to have them do another project later this year, and have recommended them to a few friends already. Good job - - good people.

They arrived early and worked until 4pm when the project was completed with only a lunch break (we provided lunch). The 3 fellows were knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and hard working and we were very pleased and told them we had a few more projects that we will probably contact them for later on.

In 2008 my wife and I saw Chad's truck in the parking lot of Lowe's. We waited for him to come out so I could ask him about some work we needed done around the house. After telling him what I wanted done he said he would be out the next day to give me an estimate. When Chad arrived I showed him what I wanted done, and he wrote everything down. When we finished walking through the house Chad said he would go home, calculate the cost, and email me a proposal/ estimate. I accepted Chad's estimate, and he said he could start work on the 3rd of July . Chad arrived at the time we set, and he immediately began tearing out the old ceiling and carpet. It took Chad approximately five days total to tear out and replace the ceiling and floor. The floor was replaced with laminate flooring, and the ceiling was replaced with sheet rock. Chad also installed two ceiling lights. Total cost was $4,671.10. I contacted Chad again in 2009, and asked him if he could replace the carpet in my downstairs room with ceramic tile, and replace the front door. Chad said he could, and he emailed me a proposal/estimate. I accepted Chad's estimate, and he started work on 15 August.. It took Chad approximately six days to complete the work. I had mentioned to Chad something about not liking the stairs, and to my surprise when I came home from work one day Chad had replaced the stairs at no extra charge. Total cost was 4,730.74. Chad completed his work in an extremely professional manner. He could be depended upon to arrive on time and stay until the job for that day was done. When all the work was completed he ensured the job site was clean leaving no loose ends for us to take care of. On 3 June, 2013 I contacted Chad about some work I want done.

Chad made a bid, got the work done on time and under the estimate amount. He was in contact with us frequently and let us make choices when they needed to be made. He was very good about explaining the pros and cons (and costs!) of different materials and ways of doing things. When he left, both places were neat and clean and ready to go. We have had Chad come and do many smaller repairs since and have been happy with his work each time.
