Description of Work: Most of the carpet in my house. Did a good job. Didnt do some extras like putting furniture legs on little pieces of foam to prevent staining from furniture legs; however their process is not supposed to get as wet as regular steam cleaning. Nothing was stained so they were right. Cleaned all my wool area rugs as well. Also did special pet cleaning and got a stubborn smell out. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Our carpet was pretty bad from dogs and a toddler so I didn't think our beige carpets would get clean. I was amazed at how clean the carpet was after they were done! It looked new. They were on time, explained everything and were friendly. I will be calling them again this spring to clean our carpet.

Description of Work: I was very disappointed in the price I ended up paying for their services! I had 13 steps; 1 area rug (approx. 6' round); and a 20'-30' hallway cleaned. The area rug was twice as expensive as the stairs and I thought that was a ridiculous amount of money to spend on something so accessible. They did a good job otherwise and a week later my carpets still look good, although I still wouldn't use them again b/c of the price.

Description of Work: The individual who showed up quoted one price and when it came time to pay the bill, another office person tried to charge a substantially higher amount. I disputed the charge and they took more than a week to get back to me and the still charged about $100 more then their initial verbal quote.

He measured each room, gave me an estimate and received my approval before continuing. He prepped each room and efficiently cleaned each carpet to like new condition. Excellent job from an excellent company. I will continue to use them whenever I need carpet cleaning.

 + -1 moreThe cleaner was ontime, professional, friendly and knowledgable. I had purchased a new home and the carpet was not cleaned prior to closing. There were several large yelllwish stains on the living room and master br carpets, and red candle wax had been spilled on the living room carpet. To save time, I offered to remove the wax, so he provided an iron and brown sack paper for me. I was able to get the wax out of the carpet and he removed the stain left from the wax color. The yellow stains all came out as well, he was finished in a short time, leaving no odor or residue behind. Great job. I couldn't find a ChemDry vendor in town and was dubious about the claims of Heaven Sent, but they were true to their word. Since one of my kitties vomits a lot, i know I will be using this company again and often!
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 3 bedrooms, hall and great room. Removed stains of unknown origin, identified some by inspection, including candle wax.

It didn't take them very long at all to do an incredibly awesome job of removing the long standing stains & most of the paint spots! I'd had the carpets cleaned by another company last year and wasn't very impressed but assumed the stains were from a pet from a previous tenant & wouldn't come out but I couldn't see the stains when Heaven's Best was done and most of the paint spots, if not all, were gone! The carpets look awesome and they smell great, too. This company is wonderful and I would have no qualms recommending them to anyone who needs a good job done on their carpets. 5 stars!!!

Description of Work: I contacted Heavens Best carpet cleaning on the recommendation of a family member. I contacted the Wasilla office and got an immediate response. The person I spoke with was very professional and polite. I needed my carpets done by the weekend and she made a late appointment for me. My technician was Brian. He arrived a few minutes early, was very personable and extremely professional. He assessed every room, measured, and gave me a quote...even though I told him I just wanted him to do the work. He did carpet cleaning in 3 rooms and 1 flight of stairs. He did upholstery cleaning on a chair and ottoman. He vacuumed every room and the stairs before starting even though i had just vacuumed.

Description of Work: Company did carpet cleaning for entire 2 bedroom apartment moveout. This included several spots and all furnishings. As this was several months ago I can't remember the exact price but the company was very reasonable priced. I called for several quotes, some very ridiculous, $1000's of dollars were quoted for this job. I believe the total was around $250. Worth every penny. Company was very professional, gave a quote on a Friday and completed job that evening.

 + -1 moreThis is a wonderful family owned and operated service. From the appointment making to the carpet cleaning, they were professional and personable. My carpet looks almost new! He even got the ash stains that were years old out. I was extremely impressed with this company and this family. I'll be calling them any time I need a carpet or couch, etc. cleaning!!
Description of Work: I had chocolate milk stains, ash from the pellet stove, and other various stains that have accumulated over the past 7 years on my used-to-be-ivory carpet. I tried cleaning it with all types of stain removers and even rented a carpet cleaner to do it myself, but nothing worked. Last ditch effort before we went to the expense to buy a whole new carpet, I called these guys.
