Erin came out the same day as I called him to do a free consultation. We went through all the options in detail for how to connect my HDTV to my home theater system and minimizing the amount of visible wiring and equipment. He came back the next business day with a good quality wall mount and a recessed wall plate to run all wiring through the walls. He worked quickly and efficiently with his colleague and centered the TV on our wall perfectly. He quickly made me some component cables when mine proved too short and also provided extra antenna for the IR extender and some cable ties to clean up my wiring. The $550 included labor, the cost of the mount and the recessed wall plate. Overall, I would definitely recommend Erin and would use him again.

Erin was professional. He and his partner were very accommodating of how I wanted my 7.1 system hooked up on the walls. I told him I was missing some black screws for the mounts and he made sure to get black ones. He also cleaned up well and requested if I met his expectation, which is great to hear. They worked fast and did the work in almost the time they estimated it would take. Great job, I am very satisfied.

Mounting and connecting couple of tvs was probably something I could handle. What I could not do was get the infrared system working to control the cable boxes in a closet more than 30 feet from the tvs. I had previously purchased from Amazon an IR target and repeater system for each tv that needed to be connected via cate5e cable. Initially the power Innovations guys thought it might be best to start over and replace my IR systems with something different (significantly more expensive). With a bit of thought, they figured out how to connect my system and got it working. They went out purchased a few parts at radio shack and returned the next day and got tvs working perfectly. Everything now works exactly as I envisioned it.

They were very responsive. I wanted to get the tv installed before the national championship game- I called on Wednesday, they showed up on Thursday to do an estimate, and then arranged to come on Friday to do the install. I was still waiting for the shelving unit to be delivered, so they were very flexible in showing up later in the day to ensure that it had arrived. Overall they were very responsive, friendly and best of all I was able to watch the game on the following Monday on my new TV! Thanks Erin!

Amazing service. Erin was responsive and made arrangements to come out the same day. He was able to correct a problem with my sound system that I'd be struggling with for three months! I wondered if becoming a member of Angie's list was worth it - I can tell you that in one day I got my money's worth!

We spent $140 on that work and they were great. They were close and came right away when we called them. He was able to do the job for so much less than anybody else because he was able to figure out a different way to do it. He was actually, extremely helpful.

We were very impressed with Erin's knowledge, professionalism and communication skills. He was extremely responsive, getting back to us quickly after we e-mailed him on a holiday to set up an appointment for the next day. He first thoroughly assessed the situation, showing a high level of technical knowledge (he really knows his stuff as he is a licensed electrician). He quickly had the built-in speakers up and running, then looped in the TV. He was able to secure the cabling in a clever way to disguise and protect it from accidental disturbance. We highly recommend him for your home stereo, wiring or lighting projects.

I needed to have my DVD player fixed so that I could play both videos through the TV and music CDs through my living room speakers. Erin (owner) showed up five minutes early, and he solved the problem in less than six minutes. He literally looked at the back of the receiver and DVD player, moved the wires, and it worked. Then, I decided I wanted some additional speakers hooked up. He ran wires under my house by going through the crawl space, drilling through the floor (our only option), and connecting the speakers. In addition, he answered my questions about the stereo system and helped me with some settings to improve the sound. I had all my answers, a new/improved sound in the house with the two additional speakers, and a working DVD player -- all within an hour and a half! Erin is very knowledgeable and extremely efficient in his work.

I couldn't have been happier. I called on the 24th and needed to have the job finished by the 25th and the response was great. I have other projects that I will be giving to Power Innovations.

Erin was timely from the first estimate appointment to actually performing the work. He was punctual, accommodating and priced his work reasonably. Very satisfied with the end result.
