It was amazing. They were very professional. The owner was taking the account what I wanted done, quick work, good attitude, and focused on their work.

Seemed to go well. I know nothing about mounting TV to wall and connecting cables. Four years later when I went to mount a new 55" TV and had been having connection problems from my original mount from Power Innovsions I called Erin of Power Innovsations. He told me to write him an email which I did. He did not respond after more than two weeks. I contacted another supplier/contractor and learned that Erin's work was poor. Hopefully, he has gained some knowledge and skills in the past four years.

Erin was very quick to respond to our initial request for a quote. He worked within our budget and provided a very reasonable quote. He worked with our work schedule to schedule the installation. Erin was a little late showing up for the actual install but he called to let us know that he was running late. He got the job done quickly and only charged us for the hours he worked, which was well under his original quote. I would highly recommend using Erin in the future.

He wired my home audio system and made the wiring very un-intrusive. Just one person came out for the job. It took a couple of hours. He's very competent, communicative, kept me up to date on his arrival, and did a very nice job and everything works fine now. If i were going to tell a friend or family member id say his price is a little expensive but his quality of work is great. He was overall very pleasant and worked efficiently.

Erin and his coworker did an excellent job. They came in, did the job, and cleaned up their mess. There was a slight delay in scheduling due to some computer issues, but once scheduled, things came together nicely. Erin's worker moved a tad slower than expected, but got the work done. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.

I called and spoke to Erin on 2/19 regarding installing some in-wall speaker wiring. He requested that I send him an email with the details since he was on a job; he said he would call me back to schedule a date to come out. Since I didn't get a call or return email, I emailed Erin again on 2/22 to make sure he got my email and to see if he was still interested. He called me and explained that he was out of town with family and would get back to me when he returned on Monday 2/24. Since I had not heard from Erin by 2/26, I made arrangements with another company to do the install. I received an email on 2/28 stating Erin had someone scheduled to come out on 3/5. I emailed back that I had someone scheduled to do the work that same day. I did not hear back from Erin. Customer service is critical for a small business. Returning calls and emails in a reasonable time frame is not that difficult and is the minimum one expects. While this was a small job and would not have impacted Erin's bottom line, it reflects badly on professionalism and responsiveness. Don't promise to get back to someone and not follow through. I will not consider Power Innovations for future work due to poor responsiveness. To put things in perspective, the contractor I did use gave me a budget figure on the phone, scheduled a date on the first call, called on the scheduled date to see if he could start early, and completed the work quickly and in budget. I will use that contractor again and gave him an excellent review.

The owner, Erin Peabody, is responsive and dedicated to customer satisfaction. He answers his phone and responds quickly to messages or emails. He quickly scheduled our first appointment to see our house and understand the work we wanted. He made good suggestions to ensure the design would provide exactly what we wanted. He gave us choices about components to help us stay in budget but still get the quality we wanted. We received his proposal right on time, it was complete, and it met the budget we had specified. Erin ordered and received all but one piece of equipment exactly on schedule from his suppliers, and we were scheduled for our installation in a short time. Erin came to our house with two other men who were polite and careful around our home. They worked quickly and efficiently and were careful to clean everything up at the end of the day. The entire job ended up taking one day longer than planned, so things weren't quite finished on schedule, but Erin personally made sure that everything was finished perfectly and the work areas were left clean. They even took all of the packing materials with them. Erin took extra time to program the components so everything worked correctly with our home network and he set up a universal remote to simplify operating the home theater. He's offered to come back to help us if we have trouble making anything work. We had one small problem and Erin came right back to our house to fix it and make it perfect. Even though it's not their main business, they did a great job of installing a light system in a very high ceiling and perfectly installing a ceiling fan and light kit. The fan is completely silent and its remote works perfectly. I this is is a great example of a small business run by a dedicated owner who is determined to succeed by giving his customers the best possible service.

They are a very high quality service.

We were assessing feasibility of installing a TV above our fireplace in a 1939 home with lath, plaster, and brick. Other companies were scared away and said they would need to subcontract out for electrical and patchwork. Erin assessed the situation and it was clear they had dealt with this situation before and he was confident it could be done. They quoted an extremely reasonable price in comparison to other quotes. Erin and his partner came out on time and within a short period of time had completed all of the "hard part" - it went so smoothly, with no damage to our delicate walls. They even wired for two sconces quite easily. We were very pleased with their work, and in fact, since they are licensed electricians may have them come back to replace some of our old wiring. Their speed at snaking was evident!

This was a great experience. Erin and Tony were prompt on all appointments from the initial consultation to the installation. Erin and I spoke about many different options and scenarios of how to set up my home theater. Once we had a direction, executing the plan was played out to perfection. Tony did the install and was instrumental in guiding us on some last minute changes to the set-up. Again the depth of the knowledge was invaluable and put me at ease that all aspects of the installation would be handled correctly. They are a small business and one that should be proud of their customer service and expertise in the electronics field. If I could give them an A+ I would. Nice job Erin and Tony!!!

Erin arrived as scheduled and stated I would have a bid in a week. That was the last I heard.

The process went well and was smooth overall. Erin and Power Innovations held to the appointment times, were punctual and completed the job excellently while working with me to decide the best path for equipment, cabling and TV placement.. Overall Great work and we are happy with the finished result

I bought a new receiver and could get the video to flow through properly, but not the audio. Erin came over to set it up, and it took him the full two hours he had estimated to get the receiver, Comcast box, DVD player, CD player, Zune, HDTV, TV sound bar, speakers, etc. all up and running, but it was working completely when he left.

Great experience, high quality, definitely will use this company again if/ when we upgrade our system! Erin was on time and professional for the estimate as well as the installation. He and Tony clearly knew what they were doing - I am so glad to feel reassured that they've done this kind of installation a million times =) We're very happy with the quality of the equipment as well as the service. Friendly & pleasant men to have in our home for an afternoon!

Great experience. Very professional. Stayed until the job was done which included dealing with a false polarity error from the receiver. Wiring was routed cleanly and receiver was configured in whole including configuring 7 devices. Erin was great to work with and recommend Power Innovations highly.

Erin showed up with his helper Todd at the agreed upon time. They were great. They cabled up everything correctly and eliminated conflicts in settings in the receiver so that my surround sound and volume controls worked properly. I had also purchased a Logitech Harmony all in one remote that needed programming. Erin ably set it up so that everything worked perfectly. He ran into some problems synching the remote with Logetch's website but worked through it and did not leave until he was satisfied everything worked and I was comfortable operating it. I now have a new updated TV with blu ray and surround sound that works great. Best of all I have an easy to use all in one remote and my wife uses it easily and is happy to use just one remote for everything. I would recommend Erin and Power Innovations to anyone needing installation or troubleshooting of home audio, stereo and home theater systems.

Overall, Power Innovations did a great job! I would contact them again in setting up Stereo and Home Theatre, and my computer set-ups.

Erin returned my phone call even though he was on vacation! We made an appointment and when he arrived he was even a few minutes early. He got busy, looked at the mess I made and said "no problem, I can take care of this in just a few minutes. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and after a short time the system worked better than new. He went as far as letting us know it was a two hour minimum and asked if there was anything else, including electrical work we needed done. We have a plug we needed checked and before he left it was like new. I have added Erin to my favorite Angie's List people to call when I need something done. Overall a great experience!

Erin answered my calls swiftly and we set up an appointment to which he showed up right on time. We agreed on a price and the install date. I had to buy a couple of things first and Erin was always available by phone to make sure I purchased the components that would work properly. He and his assistant again showed up on time and did a great job installing my flat screens and shelf. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves extremely well. I would not hesitate to recomend him to any family or friends.

The service was performed well and TV was hung securely. Tony, the technician, was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. It was a last minute job and so there were some delays and missing parts. Also, they made some extra holes in the walls to accomodate the metal studs.

Everything went well and Erin was very detail oriented in his work.

They were very polite, very nice people, and they routed everything well for me.

Erin was AWESOME! He gave me multiple options on products and services and conformed his estimate to my requests. He stands by his products and his work. I didn't end up using him only because his estimate was a little more than another company, otherwise I would have because he was so nice and helpful! Highly recommended for an affordable home theater/TV install/setup!
