Description of Work: Dan Wolf and Tim Kelly were our realtors who sold our home in Eagle River. Whereas I can't answer the question above about what I spent on their services, I will say they were very comparable in cost, but superior in their service for us. They both were very professional, attentive to detail and our thoughts and fears along the way. The service they provided helped us sell our home in about 3 months in our unique Alaskan market. They both were prompt in returning phone calls/emails which eased our minds as we moved through the complicated process. And in the end, I feel like we not only sold a home, but made 2 new friends. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend their services to others looking for a Realtor, but also will look them up again if our travels take us back to the Eagle River/Anchorage area. Description of Work: First, Dan has been a real estate agent in Alaska for many years. We bought and sold two houses in the past with excellent results. I had moved away and lost track of Dan, but was able to "google" and locate him. I met with Dan and another agent who works on Dan's Team, Chris Rehkoph. Dan and Chris worked tirelessly to help me find a house, negotiate the offer, handle the home inspection repairs and get the sale closed. It wasn't an easy month, but it all worked out fine and we love our new home!

Description of Work: Dan Wolf Real Estate was recommended to me by an associate in Anchorage. I moved to Anchorage from out of town and was anxious and nervous about finding a home in a new city, my first home purchase. From the beginning of my interactions with the staff at Dan Wolf Real Estate, I felt at ease. Dan Wolf personally met with me on more than one occasion to answer my array of questions regarding first time home purchase. He was very friendly and the thing I appreciated the most was that he took the time to make sure I was ready for this huge step, even though I knew another staff member would be facilitating the home purchase. Abigail Owens was the real estate professional who assisted in finding the right place for me. She was exceptional! She was very patient with me as I requested to view a long list of properties. I have to say that I can be pretty particular about little details, and as a new home owner I wanted everything to be perfect. As soon as I was unsure about one small thing at one home, she would suggest two or three others that fit the mold I envisioned. After some time trying to pinpoint that perfect place, she helped discover the ONE. This is when Ms.Owens proved she really wanted to make my dream of a having a great experience come true. Ms. Owens suggested a great lender, and also worked diligently to accomodate my request to settle on a purchase price that fit into my price range. When it was all said and done, Ms. Owens did those little extra things that show that she enjoys what she does. She brought me a great house warming gift and even provided me with a beautiful plant for my new home. The best thing about working with her was that she made herself available. I am certian that my phone calls at all hours of the day must have been annoying, but she always answered my calls and texts and did so with warmth. Everyone I worked with at Dan Wolf (Dan, Abigail and Megan) had such a great attitude and I will refer anyone I know that is looking for a home to them.

She showed us many houses and was very patient when we couldn't decide what we want. She stayed working late hours for us and was available for communication anytime. Abigail found the most amazing house in town for us that cost us exactly what we wanted to spend. We fell in love with it. The whole Wolf team worked hard to convince the seller to fix all major repairs in the house. When we moved in, everything was fixed and looked great. The team definitely saved us many thousands of dollars. We are very satisfied with the services and would definitely recommend them to everyone. It is wonderful to know that during stressful times, such as a house purchasing, there is someone behind your back who is watching over you and taking care of everything.
