Description of Work: They were backed up a little bit so it took a little longer than they had originally said to deliver the wood. However we got maybe even a little more than we asked for. It was good quality wood and I would use them again

Description of Work: I don't mind the utter disorganization (only a part of which was calling a week after my delivery to try to deliver again) nearly as much as I mind the wet wood. Yes, it was raining when delivered so of course it was wet but "wet" is different than "moldy" and my delivery made my garage smell horribly moldy. There is mold growing on, or other evidence that demonstrates 3/4 of my half cord is Very Wet/wet through and rotten. So much for yet another promise of "dry, seasoned wood."

Description of Work: They cleaned up all of my trees and took a very large Birch out in my back yard. I can't remember what I paid them, but it was reasonable. My trees (and I have many) were in need of cleaning up and my big Pine needed pruned off my roof. 3 guys came, they were very professional, knew what they were doing and what had to be done. They answered all my questions very politely and explained a lot of things about the trees I didn't know. They also cleaned up all the branches, they chipped them up, I asked for some of the chippings for a flower bed and they were nice enough to put them in and spread them out. Also they cut a large birch down for me, it was getting near the power line. I asked if they could cut it up in 18inch pieces and they did and even stacked the wood for my friend to come get it for firewood. They couldn't have been nicer. They will be back this spring with some fertilizer for my pine.

Description of Work: Tall Trees cut down and disposed of several trees and alders that were threatening my home. They also put Christmas lights in a 60' tall spruce tree in my front yard. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. The price was quite reasonable for their services. I was very pleased with the work Tall Trees did for me.

Description of Work: Removed a large tall pine tree close to our house and fence. Crewman climbed the tree to cut and lower limbs to avoid any collateral damage. All tree cuttings and debris were ground up, hauled away, and the surrounding area was left clean. Outstanding job...excellant rating for the crew!

Description of Work: Removed spruce tree, hauled away brush, left wood in rounds, left stump to be moved at a later date.. A few days later they came back and ground out the stump, ground out roots in the front yard left from removal of previous trees and left the grindings from the work that they did.. Talls Trees are excellant and very professional and courteous and they are the first ones and the only ones that we call for tree removal as Mike gives the best prices in town..

Description of Work: They mapped the roots that I wanted ground. On the day they came to do the work they missed one. Instead they went into the woods and found a root to grind, knocking down a small rock wall with their equipment. They came back and ground the correct root but did not repair my rock wall.

Description of Work: We had Tall Trees assess the health of our favorite Mountain Ash tree because it had become sickly and it's foliage was sparse.

Description of Work: We only use Tall Trees in our yard for tree removal as Mike give estimates that we can live with and when they come to cut down the trees the workers are like a well oiled machine the way they all work together... Mike is very courteous and promt when he is scheuled to come and the workers are also very courteous and businesslike... I can't say enough about Tall Trees they are fast when they cut down trees and they do what you want as far as stump or no stump the size of the rounds....
