Tall Trees

Mike responded to my initial request for a quote within 24 hours. Provided a detailed estimate on the spot with three different options depending on what I wanted to do right away and the amount I would be able to spend. Once I sent in the signed estimate I received an email from Ashley same day confirming when to expect the work to be done. The initial work was done as scheduled and then the finish landscaping was rescheduled as the lawn was too wet and they did not want me to be dissatisfied with the outcome. The job was completed and has totally changed the look of the backyard for the better, plus making it much safer during any windy conditions. I am already thinking of plans for future tree additions and some other landscaping and look forward to working with the Tall Trees team in the future.

Exactly as planned. Crew of three and chipper arrived right on time. Work was performed quickly and accurately leading to a charge that was precisely as estimated. This was hard work since a lot of the removal was done on a downward slope of the property. The crew never stopped even for a short rest. Very impressive!

Tall Trees brought in a tree eater and all of the workers were very professional and knew what to do in a minimum amount of time..They also ground up the roots as best they could..They were very careful working around my other plants and trees. a VERY professional company..Will use them again in the near future.

I had other bids but no one ever showed up. Tall Trees is punctual and professional. They have a certified arborist on staff. Yard looks better and trees are healthier.

They did a wonderful job, and cleaned the place nicely when they left. I went to work in the morning, and came home to a job well done! Mike was punctual when he came over for the estimate, was knowledgeable and friendly. He provided an estimate right there, printed it out in his truck! They called the night before service, and then arrived promptly at 9 the next morning as expected. Work was complete by 3. I highly recommend Tall Trees!

Mike Post was obviously very knowledgeable in his work and very pleasant to work with. They showed up when he said they would and did a very nice job of grinding the stumps and carrying the logs away. I chose Tall Trees because of their willingness to work with me within my budget. What drew me to them, was their courteous driver who I had encountered at a four-way stop several weeks beforehand. This was a stop sign many just run but he stopped and motioned me through. It sounds like a small thing, but I figured if they were courteous in their driving, they are probably courteous in their work. They were.

Tall trees showed up on time and got the job done as requested. They were friendly and professional. We were very happy with the work done.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike came over on Tuesday, gave us an estimate that was quite a bit less than the other estimates. We set it up for that Friday at 9:30. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. They took the limbs off the trees and mulched them. they cut down the trees and cut them into sixteen inch rounds and put them in a pile. The cleaned up all the brush and even left some of the mulch for the neighbor to use in her garden. Very professional and hard working crew. We highly recommend them. And mike sings really good too! Kevin, the supervisor, was also excellent.

Tall Trees came out in early summer 2012 to prune trees and trim/shape the bushes. They returned in the fall to trim/shape the remaining bushes. Both times they arrived early, listened to what I wanted done, performed the work efficiently, and left the yard spotless. The office personnel was very pleasant and helpful. I plan on calling on Tall Trees again to take care of any future needs.

Their serviceman showed up early and was almost finished when I arrived home to give a hand if needed. He was careful to move around some obstacles and vehicle in the process. He was also polite and friendly in the process. I would use this service again.

They did a better job than I expected. The tree work was just as good as the time I used them before and the Lighting install was better than the method I would have used.

The windstorm at the beginning of Sept took down two large birch trees from our front yard. I called Tall Trees and they were very up front with me - explaining that unless it was an emergency it could take a while. I was very impressed with their honesty - there was a lot of damage around town and some people had roof damage due to falling trees. It took about a week before they could get an estimate, but the estimator, Mike Post, was very professional and courteous. He made sure that the issue was indeed not an emergency and wrote up an estimate on site. He also indicated that they were still quite backed up. Again, I really appreciated the honesty. About ten days out, I received a call from Tall Trees informing me of the date they would be out. I requested a morning show time. The day of the work they did arrive in the morning and very quickly had the poplar down safely. As a couple of the men were feeding the brush pile into the chipper, others were taking down the poplar. While the poplar was being fed into the chipper, the first group of men were raking my front lawn! I did not expect this, and it was part of the cost of the brush removal. They even removed the leaves from the driveway! I don't think the whole procedure took two hours. A very professional and friendly team. I will call them any time I need tree work.

A windstorm brought down a large tree in our front yard. It split and half of it landed on our roof. Tall Trees came out and surveyed the damage and determined that the tree was rotted and couldn't be saved. They came out the following week and quickly removed the tree, cutting up the trunk in 16and quot; pieces for us to use a firewood. They disposed with the rest of the tree (branches, twigs, leaves). Two days later they came out and ground out the stump of the tree down below the ground about eight inches. They were very friendly, professional and timely. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

they were the only tree service that wasn't 3-5 days back logged. they called before they came by. very professional.

I didn't follow up with them this time but I would recommend them. We decided to haul them to the wood lot ourselves to save a little money. Their service is always prompt and their prices are always reasonable. The price was pretty fair for what they had to do.

They just did a good job. They were on time, and good to work with. The price was competitive.

We have used Tall Trees before to remove some trees in our back yard, so we called them again to remove about four trees. They responded with an on-site estimate within a day or two. We contacted another firm for estimate, who also respnded quickly. WE decided to go with Tall Trees since we had used them before, and their price was slightly lower. Once again, they did a wonderful, professional job. They quickly removed the trees, and bucked up the wood for me. The removed the branches and some branches I had had piled up from a winter-fall tree. The workers were efficient and courteous. The stump removal happened on another day, and we were once again very pleased with how that went.

They worked very well and did everything I expected.

It went excellent. They are skilled. They know exactly what they are doing. This was the first time I had used him.

Tall Trees is very good. When they dig up the roots it really works well. He comes out every time and is very nice. He comes out, looks at my tree, and tells me all about my tree. He is never frustrated that I call him so much. He is very patient. He comes out to tell me about my tree for free. I have never used anybody else so I don't know about the price but it is probably average.

They are fantastic. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

I have dealt with them a couple of years running now. I wouldn't go to any other tree service but him.

They were competitive price wise and they did a thorough job. They did a professional and quality job. They were punctual and did a nice job.
