Description of Work: Josh Heath with Renovations does great and honest work. He was totally professional and responsive through our stair remodel and helped us through the process to reduce expense and help ensure timeliness. His work is meticulous and he took the time to do the extras that really made the finished product beautiful. I look forward to hiring him for other projects and would highly recommend his services.

Description of Work: Josh did excellent work for us. He replaced our large deck, porch, and two sets of stairs last summer. The deck included a very challenging portion on top of our garage roof, which had drainage issues--Josh fixed it. Now, after nearly a year, the deck looks good and is solid. Throughout the project, Josh always helped us to find solutions to any unanticipated problems and stay within budget as much as possible. Josh did an able job of recommending and supervising subcontractors as needed, for example when we needed some pile driver work to add stability to the deck. Josh has also done several smaller jobs for us with excellent results, and we will certainly call on him again. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Josh did a wonderful job rebuilding my stairs in my split-level. They are wider and no longer cause me knee pain. They are also beautiful in hardwood. He also did a great job putting in a door for me to create a private suite. He is very efficient and does primo work.
