Description of Work: We had a wonderful experience by using this company to replace 5 windows. They did a wonderful job. The product is amazing, strong, sturdy, protective and beautiful. We don't even want to put shutters, blinds or curtains up. Thank you Casey, Paul, Matt and Spencer for installing everything and all of your hard work. Thank you David and Willow for setting everything up. Awesome job!

Description of Work: Estimator gave quote to replace patio door for $6000. Said it was only good if I signed at that time. If I waited until the next day price would be $7,156. After one month price would be $7,951. Radio ad said free installation and quote good for one year. Gotta learn to read fine print on the radio I guess. Competitor will install equal/better door for $2,746.

+ -1 moreThe windows were expensive but I was happy with both the end product and the installation. The installation was done by Randy, Ivan, and Victor and they were courteous and punctual. I was given ample time to inspect the windows to ensure they were up to their high standards.

+ -1 moreAll my windows were replaced. Travis came out and did a estimate and made recommendations and offered good suggestions. Although it took awhile for the windows to arrive, it was worth the wait. My replacement appoint was made for a total of 3-days. The installers, Bob and Rob showed up on time each day. They were professional, neat and tidy and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. They did a fabulous job and the windows look great and my house is noticeable warmer. You could tell that they took pride in their work and it showed in the finished product at the end of the job. I would recommend Renewal by Andersen of Alaska and especially Bob and Rob to anyone considering replacing their windows.
