We’ve worked with Noah Hale and Steve Tuttle and have been very pleased with their customer service skill and knowledge of their field. It’s still more encouraging to see two representatives from a company that capitalizes on flair and innovation work so fluidly with the technology they use to build the job.

Brain Hariss who works out of North Pole was on time... actually was early to his appointment and called to ask if he could come early which was easier on us. Brain was vert professional and did his job quickly and thoroughly and was very pleasant.

Everything went well. It was a little bit of a surprise for me that the visit was happening but since it was just for measurements, the employee made if gas and a pleasant experience. The service was performed in Fairbanks Ak by a Brian Harris.

Every step was very professional. Robert made sure the measurements, expectations, and communication were perfect.

FINAL UPDATE (see two prior review installments): Renewal by Andersen Alaska promptly followed up on the issues mentioned above concerning the siding that had been damaged during their installation of our windows. A crew came out two days ago, replacing the siding, re-applying the caulking around the windows (the original caulking job was rough), and carefully matching the paint on the new siding to the existing color of the house. The job was a 100 percent improvement. My final thought is that our experience was likely an aberration. I believe a young, inexperienced crew was assigned the initial job. I know that in-company meetings and discussions have since been held as a result of our experience to ensure better quality work and customer service. In the end, Andersen of Alaska followed up and the work inside and out is much improved.

I actually just needed window panes replaced that had failed with moisture between panes. Anderson tried to sell me all new windows and frames. Turned out my windows were under warranty! High pressure sales tactics, will never use them

We're in the process of replacing all the windows (9) on the main floor. Our first appointment was with Tyler Reese. He listened carefully to our needs, wants, and concerns He then gave us options, made relevant suggestions and made sure we understood our choices. It took a fair amount of time to complete the initial meeting but it was time well spent. Additionally, Tyler is both professional and personable, which made the time enjoyable, as well. Steve Tuttle, the Installation Manager, stopped by this morning to measure all the windows and verify the window choices we made, earlier. Steve arrived exactly on time and well prepared to do a thorough job of measuring for installation. During the window choice verification process, he noticed an issue, we changed a couple of our initial choices, and he updated the work order and agreement. Steve is professional in both attitude and action. This seems to be a trait exemplified by all the employees of Renewal by Andersen of Alaska. Our experience to this point in the process has been fantastic. I highly recommend considering Renewal by Anderson of Alaska if you're considering window replacement. I will update this review once the window installation process is complete.

1. Our Design Consultant Amanda was extremely knowledgeable about window and door construction and design. Her advice was tasteful, helpful and invaluable. She did not use pressure on my wife and I in order to make a sale. She was pleasant and she was focused on what my wife and I needed and wanted. 2. Our Project Technician Derek was friendly, professional and focused. He was exacting in his measurements and answered all my questions thoroughly. 3. Our installers Bob, Charles, Aaron, Austin and Manny were very polite and professional and despite sub-zero temperatures (this is Alaska) exhibited real craftsmanship in their work. The result is beautiful windows, a sliding door and a Bay window that my wife, myself and especially our two cats have been enjoying to no end. Upon entry into my home the Renewal by Andersen Alaska team rolled out drop cloths from the front door to each work location. Ceiling to floor plastic barriers were erected at every window and door site where work was to be done. At the end of the work day my floors were thoroughly vacuumed and wiped clean. 4. Besides the beauty of our aforementioned windows, sliding door and bay window, there is an immediate and profound difference in how much warmer our house is. We are completely happy with the entire process and would recommend Renewal by Andersen Alaska without any reservations 5. Every Renewal by Andersen Alaska team wore masks unapologetically and were respectful of my physical safety in this current pandemic. Thank you. From the moment of setting up an appointment to having the work done, all was accomplished in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly way. I had four windows (big) and outside door done the first round starting with Jesse and Bobby, and two windows the second round, Brian, Jacob and Tyrone. Everyone from start to finish, including the ones in office setting up the appointments and job times, were excellent. They answered any questions I had and made sure everything met with my approval. And they do an excellent job of clean-up! I will definitely recommend this company and have more windows for them to work on in the future. I must add that this is a '60s log house and they made sure that the outside integrity of the home was not compromised by putting in the windows; they worked within the existing frames on the outside (other than the two egress windows I had to have, but they are on the backside of the house).

Jacob T and Tyrone D were our installers. They replaced my "working from home now" office windows and our kitchen window, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work. Jacob and Tyrone were professional, respectful and clean-cleaning as they progressed including wiping surfaces with disinfectant wipes. They communicated regularly about the progress of the project. And they completed the project on time! We appreciate that everyone who came into our home was respectful of our health and our pets. This is our second experience with RBA, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use them in the future as we upgrade the rest of our windows.

I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen of Alaska. I had an excellent installation team including Jacob, Nick & Dan who replaced five windows in my house. Very professional. Great attention to detail. Windows look better than originals. I appreciate that they took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Though cost was higher than other contractors, I think it was well worth it and will definitely use again.

What an amazing job! Our home looks transformed. The quality of work is absolutely stunning. The finance options, window selection, quality, workmanship, was more than expected. The work of Jacob T. and Nick B was done with complete care and respect for our home. They left our home cleaner than when they arrived. I just had my kitchen window replaced by installers Jacob T., Cody C., and Cornelius D. I couldn't be happier. They were very professional and competent, very pleasant, and wore their masks. Jacob wanted to make sure I was comfortable with them being in my home. He went above and beyond what was necessary with the job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I don't know where to start... so let's start with a vision. For years I imagined how my home would look and feel with new windows. It really needed them. I knew I wanted black frames, and I wanted quality so they would stand up to Alaska winters. I got a flyer from Renewal by Andersen in May and instead of tossing it, I made the phone call. Everything from start to finish was a great experience. Everyone one of my requests was considered and I got exactly what I wanted, including beautiful trim. Installers Jacob H and James M are amazing finish carpenters. These windows are beautiful. Everyone at Renewal by Andersen did a great job. Professional to be sure. If you are considering new windows, I recommend 100%. You will not regret.

I have been quite impressed with our installers Mike H. & Nick, 10-12+ hour days to meet the timeline, and more importantly top quality work, frequently checking with us to make sure everything meets highest expectations. We’ve had previous window installations for comparison. Dennis

Renewal by Anderson replaced two large windows in my house two days before Xmas in 2019. The two employees, Robert and Griffin, showed up on time and installed the windows and molding quickly without any unnecessary loss of heat. The job was finished within a day and all the refuse was removed from the site. This is the second project done by Renewal for us and meets its usual high standards.

Sure was impressed with lead guy Robert, and his mates Jacob T and Griffin. The only thing these guys missed was bringing in the Champagne after the job was completed. Andersen windows are the Mercedes Benz of this sector. Don't go cheap on AK windows - step up to the best.

Everything went great. Jake H and James M were extremely professional and great at their jobs. The windows look wonderful and we are very happy. Renewal by Anderson of Alaska comes highly recommended.

Just got our windows and door installed! What a whirlwind experience. The attention to detail and professionalism of Roland and Austin went above and beyond. Given current circumstance, my son was home with me and naturally curious about the process. Roland and Austin were generous, engaging with him and not making him feel in the way. And now we have beautiful new pieces that will last for years to come. Very happy with the decision to move forward with Renewal by Andersen of Alaska.

Once we got the right salesperson things went just as promised. Crew and materials showed up on time, installation was done in a very efficient manner. Robert and his crew were great!!!

RBA has an excellent, attractive, well-made product, and we are thrilled with how our windows and both internal and external trim turned out. However, the main reason we would recommend RBA is that the people all go above and beyond to give the customer the best possible experience. Whether it was the sales individual finding ways to shave costs for us, or the guy measuring out the windows making recommendations on trim, or the installation crews finding and fixing things that had nothing to do with the windows - we always felt 110% completely taken care of. The people who worked with us were unfailingly helpful, kind, professional, and friendly, and made us believe we were the most important job of the year. We are so thankful to everyone involved in our project, but we'd particularly like to thank the installation crew, who spent five days at our house putting in windows in the freezing cold. Bob R., Nick, Jake F., and Cory were invariably cheerful, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They took our dream and made it a beautiful reality!

Excellently! We were very satisfied with the whole process. Our sales rep, Andrew, made it very clear what to expect when and the installation crew, Wayne and Josh did a great job.

The contractors who did the work were excellent! They were very professional, courteous, and paid attention to detail. They displayed great craftsmanship, I would hire them again.
