I got my new windows in January 2020, the installation crew, Mike D and Jake H, were great. They were knowledgeable, competent, were really good in communicating with me (I had a lot of questions), very respectful and did great with my large and loud dogs. I have aquariums next to one window and they took that into consideration with trying to keep the hold closed as much as possible when switching windows and covering the tanks. I would absolutely recommend them. My windows look great, and hold the heat so much better than my old windows. The sales guy was a little off on his info, like the screens have a 10 year warrenty, whereas its really only 90 days, but the product and installation team made up for that.

We had two windows and our sliding glass door replaced, and are extremely pleased! Roland and Austin did a superb job. They were polite, friendly, professional, thorough, and very attentive to our needs. Our new windows and door look beautiful. Our sales rep, Amanda, was also a joy to work with. She was very informative and responsive to any inquiries we had and was great with follow ups after the initial demonstration. These windows are awesome! Joryn was our sales guy and wasn’t pushy or rude. He clearly explained the pros of going with Anderson’s windows and left the decision to us. As a result we bought 10 windows. The installation team was amazing! The windows are great and the installers, Wayne M. and Nick B., were absolutely professional. Both were absolutely amazing and a credit to the company. I am installing windows a couple at a time and will be sure to directly ask for both of them to be my installers with my future window replacements.

The installers Mike H. and Jeff F. were excellent. The clean up was more than expected. We had a couple of issues with trim and Mike and Jeff made sure they were taken care of to our complete satisfaction.

Having spent considerable years in the home building industry, I’m all too familiar with the need to meet deadlines in order to maintain profits. Even though Josh T and Nick B completed the replacement for all 12 windows within the timeframe I was given, at no time did I notice any craftsmanship shortcuts in order to meet any deadline. On the contrary, I was always impressed with their precision and professionalism they maintained throughout this install. Having personally replaced windows in an older home, once myself and once contracted to someone else, I’m well aware of problems or issues that can arise to complicate any sort of a retrofit job. To say I’m totally satisfied with these new windows as well as Josh and Nick’s professional is a gross understatement. I’d also like to point out that a job like this on an older home could be a dusty dirty mess. That was never the case as Josh and Nick always had drop cloths and an industrial vacuum at the worksite and in use as needed. In my opinion this job was perfect and well worth the money. Josh T, Jake H, and Nick B were professional, friendly, and punctual. We were very comfortable having then in our house. The work they did was excellent! They also told use what their daily plan was, then they worked the plan. If something came up that was unexpected, they rethought the day or two then let us know what was going on.

Friday September 20th 2019 We recently had our Renewal by Anderson windows installed by Mr. Josh Thompson. The windows are great and the installation was impeccable. There is no mess to clean up and the installation proceeded on time as planned. We greatly benefited by Josh’s knowledge and experience in making this happen. Mr. Thompson is a major asset to Renewal by Anderson and I am confident that management is aware of this. We were kept informed as the installation proceeded and the operation of windows were demonstrated to us both. Everyone we met was knowledgeable, competent, neat, careful and enthusiastic about doing their part. Josh’s assistants Victor B and Austin were taking care of business the whole time. Kylee Hickok had some very good suggestions and her idea of the window treatment in the kitchen area was implemented and looks great. This was the very best construction project we have been associated with. Mike D and Jake H come to our house and replaced our 2 new beautiful windows. They did an excellent job and we would definitely have them come back to do more.

I requested a quote on replacing all the windows in my house online. They called me back quickly which was nice. Then it started going downhill. You cannot schedule anyone to come out unless you are willing to answer many questions that have little to nothing to do with replacing the windows. Example: "What would you like to do?" Get an estimate for replacing all the windows in my house. "How old are your windows?" 30+ years "What is it about your windows you don't like?" Seriously? Can you schedule someone to come over & give an estimate? "Not without all the necessary information." If you have lots of time to play around, they might work out great. Personally, I'm not really into discussing the pro's & con's of 30 year old windows, I just wanted them replaced.

Renewal was professional with great customer service. A bit expensive but well worth it. Products are well built, functional and beautiful. installation was smooth done in a timely manner.

Joe Hart and his team at Renewal did an excellent job installing my new windows. Everyone at Renewal was so helpful at every step of the process. Kylee Hickock helped me choose exactly the right windows for my home and Kyle Guthrie maintained contact with me through the whole process making sure everything was according to plan. I was pleasently surprised at how fast the windows went in and I could not be happier with how professional and helpful everyone was.

The product and the RBA's replacement methodology are incredible. Yes, it is expensive - but for once you get what you pay for. This is about as low-impact as a home improvement project can get. I did this project in three phases - and the consistency over time and between crews was remarkable. My latest crew of Shelton, Joe and Woody rocked it!

Josh T and Jake H were able to tackle a hard task of fitting these windows into an older log cabin. Josh is so talented and was able to make it look easy, and Jake was a very competent and joyful assistant. They were both very kind and trustworthy, and even were sincerely heartbroken when one of our dogs died unexpectedly while they were here and our family was so sad. Hugs all around!! I feel like the 3 days they were here really culminated a friendship. I would recommend them to anyone.

Robert and Parker were amazing. They arrived early every morning of the project and worked dillegently until the days work was finished. They were extremely professional and polite. Their work was amazing. I have an old house which makes replacement anything difficult to fit. They made the windows look perfect, I was thrilled. Thank you, guys!

We replaced a total of 16 windows in our house with renewal by andersen windows. We are extremely pleased with the new windows and the quality of of workmanship and materials that went into their design and construction! They are so much better than the ones they replaced. The removal of the old windows and the installation of the new windows was done over a five day period by Mike Godman and Jeff Foreman. We were greatly pleased by the craftsmanship they displayed each day in the installation of the new windows. They answered any and all questioned we asked, cleaned the work site ever day, and let us know what they had scheduled for work each day they were here. They also completed the installation work on schedule, including a complete walk through on each new window. These two gentlemen get a well deserved excellent rating from us. We hired Renewal by Andersen to replace 4 large bedroom windows in our older home. Our salesman, Travis, was helpful, courteous, and wonderful to work with. This week Bob and Shelton installed the windows. These men were extraordinary; Andersen should be proud to call them employees. They let us know when they would arrive, arrived on time, worked hard while here, and completed the job on time. They were professional and did great work, and we are thrilled with the results. But beyond that, they were also friendly and courteous. They took special care around my garden, they left our home cleaner than they found it, they were friendly with our animals, and Bob even took the time to explain to me what he was doing from time to time. I am a major diyer and loved picking his brain! We knew Andersen windows would provide us with a quality product, but we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the employees.

Just had our 50+ year old windows replaced with Renewal by Anderson windows - very spendy but worth every penny. The noise level has gone to zero and the temps are holding steady in the house - (used to heat up in sunshine ).... The process was painless - appreciated the professionalism and care taken by the crew - Bob and Shelton - everyday came home to a buttoned up house, mess completely cleaned up and items carefully moved and covered in the areas they worked on - the walk through at the end was thorough - one window was cracked - they self reported it and got it ordered immediately and one screen had holes in it and they had already found that and had it on order as well...Very happy with the experience.

Everyone from the salesperson (Amanda) to the installers (Ivan, Gabe and Wayne) were exceptionally polite and professional and did excellent work. The windows were a little pricey but are a very high quality product and oncluded a very professional installation. I will definately be hiring them again if we get tbe rest of our windows redone.

Bobby, Shelton and Wayne are the guys you need to ask for to do your installation. They made the job of replacing four windows in freezing temps with ice, and high winds look easy. They came, they discarded the old, replaced with the new and then left, leaving shiny new windows. No mess, no fuss. They are indeed the window faeries.
