The large front window of my house was extremely old and allowed zero air flow through the house. Josh and Jordan with Renewal by Anderson of Alaska did a phenomenal job of removal and installation. Both men were very cautious of how neat and clean they left the area they worked in as well as attentive to detail of the entire operation. Before starting a task that caused some noise, they were courteous and polite in letting me know. I had multiple questions through out the process, which were answered on the spot, even if post installation review provided that information. I am very pleased with the finished product and with the quality service both Josh and Jordan provided.

I had great customer service. They are attentive to your needs and your schedule and the workmanship was fast, thorough and done with professionalism. There was zero cleanup afterwards which was nice. Working in construction I can appreciate the quality of work they performed and look forward to having them back to replace the rest of my windows.

So happy with these composite windows. Employees Bob and Paul were friendly and really know their business. They covered the floors with drop cloths from the front door on, covered my furniture and vacuumed extensively. Almost no dust even though the bedroom windows had to be enlarged per building code. The drop cloths were removed every evening and replaced the next work day. It really rained but that didn't seem to slow these guys down. They were very helpful and answered our questions about replacing the trim work and caulking since we chose to do that ourselves.

Rob Pedersen was in charge of installation and he did a superb job. Extremely professional and sensitive to our needs. Made the whole process painless and I couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks also to Casey.

The sales rep was very thorough, but it did take 3 hours to iron out the bid. The installers, Josh and Trey, were very professional and timely. They had 7 windows and a door installed in 2 days. They kept the area clean and made sure to put down drop cloths to keep our floors clean. Very friendly.

The installers, Rob and Casey were very professional. They kept the work area clean and neat. The installation was well done. We were very pleased with the final product. The installers noticed an inclusion in one of the thermo-panes and promptly documented the flaw and completed and submitted the work order for a replacement. Also on of the screens was very tight and could be easily damage when removed. They agreed and it will be replaced. I am very happy with Renewal by Andresen of Alaska. We have now had seven windows replaced by RBA of Alaska. Thanks for a great job.

As before, the project team consisting of Ivan, Grant, and Daniel completed the project in a timely and professional manner. The work was excellent as well as the clean up. We would definitely use Renewal by Andersen again to replace the other windows and doors in our home. We have recommended this company to our friends and neighbors.

Josh, Chris and Jordan replaced 10 windows as well as a fixed door with a sliding door. I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and efficient work practices. It took a total of 4 days and each day they showed up on time and had planned out what they were going to complete for that day. It was a pleasure watching them work. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the work space. I can’t say enough good things about their workmanship. Would definitely recommend these windows to anyone looking to replace theirs.

They did an amazing job! Three of the windows had to be cut down to meet current codes and the threshold of the new Glider Door required the carpet and padding to be cut back. We also have one window that is a rhomboid shaped challenge to finish with trim both inside and out. However, these gentlemen know their craft well. The finished product is amazingly beautiful, inside and out, as well as more secure and efficient. The professionalism is refreshing. There were no surprises; communication was clear and concise both in the pre-work walk through and the final walk through. We were shown how all the mechanisms operated and where the serial numbers for each window is located. The warranty information was explained again, clearly before they left. I was shocked at how they cleaned up, not only under the windows, but down all the stairs used to get up to the second floor. They left no evidence of the wood shop that was set up on the driveway or grass. Thank you Bob and Paul!

It was absolutely wonderful. Our salesman Will explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. Our installers Ivon and Casey are professional, courteous and did a fantastic job. Everything was cleaned up before the left, and we could not be happier. With the bump out, it seems to make the living room larger and brighter. The service was excellent. The work completed by Ivon, Taylor and Paul was outstanding, professional and to our satisfaction. The other workers that helped with the completion of the work were Josh and Rob. They provided excellent work during the project.They cleaned up the entire area when finished. During the final walk through, we mentioned a few minor details we would like to see completed. They were done on the spot and to our satisfaction before they left the house. We would definitely use this company again. This week we worked through them to order a new patio door.

We had widows put in today and we have never had such great customer service. Rob and Casey came on time and installed all my windows. They cleaned up after the job and they were also very polite. My windows look amazing and if I ever had to get more windows put in I would love to have them put them in.

Install technicians were grade A. Contacting the company was the worst service I have ever experienced. Wrong screen doors were ordered and they had to reschedule instal for another 6 months. Then the wrong screens were ordered and the company made me pay double for the screen upgrade we ordered in the first place. They would not return my telephone query on several occasions. Now that the windows and doors are installed they keep calling me every other month asking me if I want to buy windows like I am not even in their customer list. They were expensive windows with not the best options and the company service was horrible.

Mike and Ivon installed our new main floor window and sliding glass patio doors that have completely changed the comfort level of our home. We had heavy window coverings to insulate ourselves from the cold - but we lost much of our view for the winter because of them. These are substantial windows that are far superior to what we had before - and they are expensive - but we consider it a good investment. Thanks.

I love my new windows. The entire process was very professional and informative. Everything was covered from beginning to end. And my installers were the greatest. BOB & ROB. Very talented, professional and detailed. I was expecting a perfect job for the price I paid and they did a perfect job. I don't have a single complaint. They even swept the carpet in every room they worked in, plus my stairs! The only thing I didn't like was the high-pressure sales meeting when I received the estimate. Luckily I was expecting such. But this could really turn off customers who need to shop around.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate 10 am Saturday, I was so grateful they did it on weekends, until no one showed up. I waited 40 minutes then called and was told there was a family emergency and that almost never happens. I rebooked for the following Thursday at 6 pm. At 4:30 they called to tell me the person had a family emergency and that almost never happens. They could come out the next day at 2 pm, however I can't just run out of work so I said my sister would meet the person. That was unacceptable. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable to me so I said forget it. I just don't think they wanted to honor the no installation fee with 2 windows deal I had talked to them about from their add or perhaps they are just a bad company to work with. I got a call from them a few days later asking when we could re-book since I could not meet them on the 3rd visit they wanted to book. I explained that I would not be using them since they could not seem to make it to any appointments they made. I had heard good things about this company, however, if they have employees who can't make it to appointments they should deal with it internally and not waste my time.

We were unhappy with the sales technique.

From start to finish, the planning and work was very professional in every detail. Randy, Ivan, Mike, and Richard did a great job of completing the work in 2 weeks with minimal disruption to the household. They were polite and did an awesome job replacing all the windows and cleaning up as they went. The windows are excellent in quality and we love the look of the frames and screens.

It's very nice. They look nice and they're efficient. It took them two days to do the work. They had already painted and stained them. They were good and cleaned up after themselves the whole time. They moved furniture that they needed to move and stuff like that. There was three of them and they were really a good crew. They were really good about cleaning up. I did my research and they're really good windows, so the product was excellent too. The price was worth it.

This is my 2nd go with Renewal by Andersen. Nothing but Top Marks for the Company and the Crew they sent to our home. My first install was 8 windows which went incredibly smoothly and professional. Outstanding work. We decided to also update our front door. What can I say. Bob and Rob are a great crew and did everything in a single day and did it well. I thought it might take a couple of days but they worked diligently, updated me along the way, and took care of everything especially the clean-up. Wish I could hire them for other work I need done around the home. Top marks. Stellar.
