Description of Work: My washing machine stopped in spin cycle and could not get it going. Was fearing having to buy a new one. Reliable was recommended to me so I called and was informed someone could be there between 11-200. The only down sided is Dave was not able to get there till right around 200pm (not his fault) do to his other calls. However, he got right to work and I explained the issue. He diagnosed the problem and was proved right (didn't know washers had a coin catcher), although it was actually a couple dollar bills. He was quick and I was saved buying a new washer. Will definitely call on them again if needed.

Description of Work: they screwed me !!!! , I called to have a repair man come to my house they told me it could happen on Tuesday they could not give me any kind of time frame. I called back after checking with my father who could be there at my house to let them in, I explained my situation and asked if the repair man could show up after 12pm they said no problem. Tuesday I got a call at 8am the repair man was on his way, I was at work . No the dude would not show up later and it apparently was my fault for not having the time frame on the work order. THANKS FOR THAT......
