2-year-old Samsung frontload washer chewed up its door gasket. Called Dave's and he passed on Samsung but suggested Reliable. Used their on-line form system and got an E-mail response the next day with detailed quotes (part,service call, labor). Set up service call for a Thursday and came home at noon, only to find that they left a message saying they didn't have the part. Agreed to wait for the part - turned out to be 8 days and a total of about two weeks between initial contact and actual repair. I understand that it was an unusual part and that shipping was necessary, but it would have been nice if they'd told us that before setting up the first appointment.

Had to order part, overall wait for complete repair was reasonable.

I really appreciated Reliable. I called and left a message on Sunday, and they called at 8 am Monday (Christmas Eve) to schedule an appointment. The technician arrived early and had the part already in the truck. He was polite and friendly. It took just a few minutes to fix. The price was kind of shocking but I don't necessarily think anybody else could do it cheaper--that is just the price of repairs by qualified people. We could not have done it ourselves, either. BTW, I had called Sears, where the stove was purchased, and the earliest date they could come fix it was 2 weeks away. We are really thankful that we can cook our own Christmas dinner. I would recommend them and call them again (but hopefully won't have to.)

My washer broke - I called Sears since it was a Sears product and bought from them and they couldn't even check it out for 3 weeks. I found Reliable on Angie's List. Called them and they came the next day. Unfortunately they didn't carry the part but could order it. And he put a "band-aid" on the problem so we could wash clothes. He ordered the part and when i t came in they scheduled a time to come out and were there within the 2 hour slot and I have a washing that works well.

Overall short but poor experience.

The dryer quit working right before we went on vacation. We had to go to a laundromat to dry the clothes. We returned and I called on a Monday and they scheduled the appointment for the following Wednesday. The called on Tuesday afternoon for a 3 hour time block on Wednesday. The appointment time was between 9am and 12 noon. The technician called at 8 am to confirm the appointment and called again at 8:50 to tell me he was on his way. He arrived at 9am and was done by 9:30am. He was very quick and zeroed in on the problem and repaired the dryer. He was well groomed and polite. He liked the cats as they were very interested in the repair. The dryer is working properly. I would use them again if anything else needs repair.

The repairman did the work quickly and well.

They were good. They solved the issue quickly. He knew what the problem was when he walked in here. He had to replace some part which he did. He was great. He was punctual but difficult in scheduling.

Only took about an hour to repair. Technician was very professional.

Kept on getting the answering machine when we first called to inquire about refrigerators. When we got some one on the phone we were told to go to their shop in person and that they had a refrigerator in our price range at the size we needed. When we got there the same day we found out that they did have one, but it was already being held for someone else. After a long phone call with the person the fridge was being held for; they managed to get them to go with another model and gave us the one we wanted and needed. On the delivery day they were very late. Installation was scheduled for 10:00 am and they did not show up till 5:30 pm. We got the loose excuse of how the office staff never pays attention to how they schedule their deliveries. The refrigerator was dirty and had to be cleaned by myself before we could use it. EWW! A month later the fridge stopped working, turns out the defrost system was out on it when they sold us the refrigerator. The repair man for the company even stated that they rarely check for those things when they resell them. Now we are struggling with cockroaches that came out of the refrigerator... Whatever. I will never use this company ever again.

See above - I am very relieved to find an appliance company I can trust.

Lowe's contracts out to this company. I called through Lowe's for an appointment to repair my washing machine. I was told I'd be contacted by Reliable to confirm my timeslot. Never heard from them. Called to reconfirm with Lowe's AFTER my timeslot had finished. Apparently Reliable was running behind schedule, but they'd call to verify the work order. They didn't. " Reliable"?

Great service! Repairman was prompt, professional, and thorough. He had extensive knowledge and experience with the Fisher-Paykel machine, explained all service performed, and provided additional instruction on the washing machine to help with future issues. The price seemed reasonable and I will definitely call them again with any future issues.

Had a fellow from this business come over and fix my dryer. Went OK. Sure, he broke a light fixture, and I would have preferred he be more contrite about it, but it didn't cost me enough to replace it to make it worth getting back to him on it (he did make the offer to repay). So, when I bought a new cooktop a few weeks later, I thought I would use them again. Scheduled the install for Presidents Day way back at the end of December to be sure I scored that day specifically. Got a call at 5:30 the Friday before saying the installer isn't available on Monday to do it and would like to reschedule. I have the cooktop scheduled for delivery the next morning, and ask if it can be done the next day, thinking since they messed up, they might want to make some extra effort to make up for it. No such luck. I reluctantly schedule for the latest appointment they have on the coming Thursday. As I prepare to leave work early that day, I call to make sure the guy is running on time. I am not on their schedule until Friday. Thursday was the ONLY day that week that the logistics would have worked, which was why I was prepared to take some time off work to do it that day, and was very specific about it. Since they had messed up again, I asked if they would do a Saturday install. Nope. I just felt like they weren't listening to me very well.
