They came out the next day and provided me a very reasonable quote. They showed up on time 3 days later and completed painting the fascia and balcony of my house. In addition, they also fixed my front door and attached seismic straps to my water heater. L&P did a great job, they were very professional and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend you hire them if you need anything worked on in your home. They are very professional when it comes to picking out materials and placements. The process is amazing seeing how fast they get things done.

LP Services did a great paint job for us. We had earthquake damage and they repaired and textured several cracks. You can't tell where the damage was. They were fast, professional and economical. After painting our dining room, my wife decided she didn't like the paint color. The owner said that wasn't a problem and they purchased new paint and repainted it. I highly recommend this company for painting.

Friendly and professional

These guys are highly skilled professionals! Ours was a challenging project since our home was built in 1960, but they transformed it. Love the new baseboard touches, they even updated the plumbing connections in the bathroom. They were friendly and diligent - I already have more projects I am planning to use this company for. They cleaned everything up and took debris away as part of their work . Very reasonably priced. Best value I have had so far and I have used Home Advisor before on another house I was selling recently.

Large painting task quoted at a decent price. Job took longer than expected to complete due to negligence and inexperience of workers. Many touch ups were left for me to finish; workers were careless in ensuring non painted surfaces were kept free of paint; cupboards were not sanded prior to painting; garbage was left for us to disposed of ourselves. Luzberto worked very hard to appease the situation and sent workers back to the house many times to try to fix the problems.

They stuck with the job until it was right even after paint supplier provided wrong paint color and they had to repaint four times.

Took care to ensure the right stain for the project. Finished in one day (stained cedar shakes on home and garage). Very flexible in scheduling. Cleaned up well. Reasonable cost, but preferred only cash payments.

They did an excellent job but they did not speak english and it was hard to get them to understand my instructions. They also missed painting the trim on three windows. I think it was because they were new windows and had not been painted before like the others. They also insisted on cash for payment. They did not say this up front. It is unusual for a professional company to insist on cash for such a large amount.

Good workers, not always on time.

This company is excellent. They cleaned up every day. Hauled garbage away. Were patient when I made two changes. They made excellent suggestions, and their work was beautiful. I will definitely be calling them for Phase 2 of my remodel.

Very professional. We were quoted a reasonable price for painting the exterior of our house. We were unable to hire LP Services at the time but know they would have done a thorough and excellent job.
