Luzberto offered a very fair price to paint the exterior of our home. I am very pleased with the outcome. and would recommend him for business. He had his painter work with our schedule and can't say enough about our project. I will be calling him for inside painting next year.

Great crew

Luzberto and his crew were friendly and worked with us to make several repairs along with the repainting. Weather did play a role in length of time to finish but we weren’t in a hurry so didn’t bother us that it did take several weeks to finish. Honestly we weren’t sure this late in the summer if we would get anything before next year.

LP Services repainted the exterior of our house and did a good job. Price was competitive and the workers were friendly and efficient. They did some extra touch-up in a few places to make sure we were happy with the final product.

I hired them to paint the exterior of my house the crew they had shouldnâ t paint nails let alone houses. The gentlemen started off trying to repair T-111 siding with plain osb, it wasnâ t even they smart siding just regular osb and looked like crap he claimed he couldnâ t find replacement siding however I had some scrap pieces left from when I repaired the porch area a few years ago I had him redo it with. I know Spenard Builders Supply stocks it however it is about double the price of the smaller grooved stuff from Loweâ s or Home Depot they just didnâ t want to ask me about it as I would have gladly paid if I hadnâ t already had some or come up with an appropriate solution instead of osb. They were supposed to pressure wash, sand, caulk and primer as needed. They spent maybe 90 minutes in the rain pressure washing my 2200 square foot house and two car detached garage. Replaced a couple of trim boards and spent maybe 6 hours scraping prior to painting they and never sanded anything to smooth out the edges where they scraped the paint off. Needless to say they painted over dirt and spiders nests instead of cleaning it prior painting. It looks terrible and was so poorly done I was able to peel new paint off of one foot square areas that they failed and to finish removing loose paint prior to painting. They didnâ t use a good primer and in some areas stains were coming back through the new paint. One section of the house roof trim boards has the paint from two colors ago bleeding back through. They didnâ t use drop cloths and poorly masked things off and got overspray everywhere. I had to repaint the house numbers they even removed as they left them laying next to the garage and got overspray on them. I had to remove the exterior lights and repaint them as they did a very poor job wrapping them and got the house paint all over them. I have a gaco elastomeric coating on my flat garage roof that the directions clearly state not to paint with an acrylic paint and there is now a six inch wide path around the porch roof that connects to the garage roof with acrylic house paint because they were to lazy to tape it off and painted it. I will have to spend several hundred dollars to remove the paint and put a new coating of the roof material on so as not to have leaks. Several windows need caulking replaced and several seams in the siding and trim need new caulk that wasnâ t done prior to painting. They told me they would use good sherwin Williams paint and showed up with Rodda paint for the body and claimed to only be able to get flat sherwin Williams instead of Semi gloss or satin for the trim which wasnâ t even the correct color we asked for. All in all I ended up paying half price for a crap job that Iâ m currently in the process of redoing myself correctly. I have already used a case of caulk on the garage where it was needed prior to paint. They tried to get away with one top coat of paint and because we didnâ t change the body color and they used Satin instead of semi gloss the side walls of my house now appear to have two different shades where they missed coating large sections with new paint. Save yourself the money and headache and avoid this company at all costs.

I used them on 2 outside painting projects. They were experts in their field and performed the work very expediously, efficiently and professionally. Their bids were honored and well below other companies. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

LP Services were professional and friendly and showed up exactly on time when they made an appointment to meet with me. They painted the exterior of my house and did a great job. They were careful with my plants and trees and cleaned up with barely any sign that they had been there. They made some repair recommendations and installed flashing for me to protect the siding in the future. Marvin and one other helper did most of the work and I couldn't recommend them more.

Great communication and great work. I had them paint the entire exterior of my house in Eagle River and couldn't be happier.

Would use this company again! They worked very hard and kept me updated all along the way. When they came in to do the prep work, they spent a great deal of time pressure washing the house, scraping and sanding, taping off windows, etc and covering my plants and moving other items. They were fast and thorough when painting and staining my two decks. Roger and Wilmer were very knowledgeable and professional. GREAT JOB, GUYS.

Language is an issue. Sometimes it was difficult to understand him. He changed the amount of what I was charged. The work was extended because he went to work on another job.
