The Kelly team did a great job with our spring cleanup, but especially with our annual hedge trim. Our hedge is over 7 feet tall, about 30 feet long, and they were meticulous in getting a consistent height. They cleaned up all debris, were exceedingly polite, and even did a little bit of weeding in an adjacent flower bed. Best lawn crew we've ever had. Kinda pricey, but worth it.

This company was a joy to work with. They were honest from the get-go, saying they could not provide a bid for 3 weeks as they were so busy in June. They arrived on schedule for a bid, immediately grasped the job at hand, and promptly provided a written bid by email for the services required. They were selected to do our work. The overall jobs coordinator (Chase) was there by phone for scheduling and for any questions and followup; the crew showed up on time with all necessary equipment and were easy to communicate and work with. We were able to get the job completed in two days with minor follow up the third day. They got to work, worked hard, and did not leave work undone to go to other jobs. We were able to make minor adjustments to the work as it progressed without any problems or major renegotiations. The communication aspect of any work is key to success, and we felt very comfortable with the way Chase communicated with us, listened, and responded. We are extremely satisfied with all aspects of this project and we have had many compliments from the neighbors. We also have used this company for several years to do our fall leaf removal. They have exhibited the same qualities that we experienced with the landscaping, and that was one reason they were called to bid our work, and it swayed us in the selection of this company for landscaping.

I ended up using my daughter as she had just lost her job after I contacted Kelley's. However I still have work to do and will contact her again this week.

Not only were they VERY professional, responsive, and great to work with. Their work was better than our expectations. Matt Madison was the main contact that we had and continues to check up on our job and make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend them for any project you have, while the cost is higher than some of the competition it is worth every penny, and I am always trying to save a dime.

It went as I envisioned and hoped it would. Three workers showed up at the time they said they would and went right to work. I interrupted them briefly as I wanted to make sure they intended to hand-rake the lawn after thatching, and not use leaf blowers to blow the debris around. Two seasons before, on a whim I had hired a lawn service that had left solicitation flyers all around the neighborhood; they raked minimally and used blowers almost exclusively to remove thatched debris from the yard. In the end my wife and I ended up having to hand-rake the lawn anyway, the very task we most wanted to eliminate having to do ourselves. The fellows from Kelly assured me they would be hand-raking everything, and they did. As I indicated above, they mowed the yard first, collecting and bagging old grasses. Right behind the mower came the thatching machines and the rakes. All grasses, leaves and other materials collected were neatly bagged and hauled away. The yard looked fantastic and in just a couple of days and a little sprinkler action, the fall fertilizer we had used at the end of 2012 began to turn the grass a deep, dark green again. The Kelly employees were courteous and friendly and worked steadily the entire time they were at my work site. I would definitely use Kelly Lawn and Landscaping again.

We have a great experience Every time we use Kelly. They are always professional and on time. The work they do is as quoted or better every time.

They came the day scheduled. Very fast, cleaned up so nothing was left behind. The yard looked better than expected.

Kelly took care of my lawn all growing season. They did a good job. The neighborhood was a little jealous because my grass was so green,.

I contacted Kelly for their new snow removal services because last year they did my lawns adequately. They sent a flyer around to customers advising of the new service and promising snow blower snow removal as well as truck mounted blade type snow removal. It took them several days to arrive after the first snow, and the removal was adequate. As the snows continued, the delays between snowfall and cleanup became longer and longer. Finally, they were only plowing about 20 feet of my driveway, having never attempted to call so we could move our cars. This continued till I called to bring it to their attention the first time. Nothing changed so I called again. The office manager, Tara, assured me that things would improve, that work would be done...but nothing happened. I finally paid another snow removal service to clean up the mess and paid them $360. Kelly then charged me $440 for the month of November, claiming they'd been out on back to back days several times. Since this never happened, we asked the owner to interview his crew and investigate. He refused. Because of this, I will not be using their lawn service this year, which is too bad, because they always did an adequate job of it.

They did an excellent job. They were very punctual. If I called with any problems, they would take care of them right away. They were very pleasant to work with.

We started using Kelly's Lawn when he was in high school and worked his way through college. When he was starting the landscaping side of his business, he installed the walkway and retaining wall. He was always very good at maintaining the lawn and very dependable.

They are the best in town. He is an independent and great guy. I have used him lifelong. He does a really amazing job. He showed me the various reduction standards. They have an excellent price. I would use them again in the future.

Slow to arrive, billed me to shovel when all they did was place a ton of rock salt down. Never plowed the correct drive area.
