The Kelly crew did a great job. The hedge was overgrown and needed quite of bit of trimming on the top, bottom, and both sides. They cleaned and removed all the debris and trimmings. I felt the price they charged was fair for the work done.

Job went super smoothly. Charlie showed up 10 minutes early to bid on the project a day after I called asking for them to look at the job. He explained the quote to me clearly. His professionalism made me choose his business over other quotes I received. The evening before the scheduled job the crew positioned the heavy equipment at my property so they'd be sure to start first thing in the morning. Charlie arrived early on the day of the job, so great to have the guy who did the quote also lead the work, really important. All the work went well, and quickly, they even allowed me to change a few things last minute, very nice of them. When they left, they did their best to leave my property clean and orderly.

Crews were very efficient, professional, on time, and hard working. Primary initial focus was repair of damage to lawn following replacement of septic tank. Work expanded to include creation of a rock retaining wall and regrading of lawn which was very well done. Happy with service and would hire again.

They did a good job, grass was cut and picked up from my front yard which was what I had required. I have no issues with the quality of the work, But originally i was quoted a price of around 150 for the area on an internet page where one delineates the grass to be cut, but after the work was done the bill was double the amount for the same are. I was not happy with the cost increase but did not contest it because I was still hospitalized and had other more important things to worry about.

Not well, unhappy with what I was told over the phone, then the work performed. Terra told me that they would test soil before applying lime, would clean all the pine cones off the lawn, would trim the bushes to the specific height my wife requested and clean up all the debris after the work was done. The work was haphazard, cleanup inadequate, and deceptive sales talk.

These guys are amazing. Very fair price for a full three days work. Daniel and Jesus were very friendly and professional. They also do great work, have already had a few neighbors come over and comment on how great it looks. Will use Kelly again when we go to level the rest of our yard next year.

Moses and Alex did a great job. I have used Kelly for three years previously and hired a different company because they were college friends of my son. That didn't work out so I signed on with Kelly again this year. Moses and Alex have worked here in the past and they are hardworking, and my yard looks spectacular! Also Tera who works in the office and does the scheduling is terrific too! Thanks to All! jk

It went wonderful. They are on time. They are courteous. They are very helpful. They were wise with suggestions. I would highly recommend them.

Really impressed with the professional and warm, caring demeanor displayed by Matt Madison. He really inspires trust. Responsive and attentive and good follow up. Willing to tweak tiny things that I wanted changed after the fact. Great crew. Lovely young man, Dusty, worked really hard and was a pleasure to have around. He did a few "while you are here could you also..." requests. I feel confident if I notice any issues next year they will be willing to address them.

Project went as planned and finished ahead of schedule. Matt, Francisco, and Joe were great to work with and did what they said they were going to do. The area looks good and the grass has started to fill in.

It went great. The laborer and manager came out on the first day, communicated the poroblem and fix again, and had it done in two days. Great job.

The installation process went well and the workers were professional. The lawn initially came in well and looked good for the first 60 days or so, but began to slow in growth as the summer progressed and brown prematurely as we headed into the late summer/early fall. We let them know, encouraged them to stop by, but didn't get any response other than it was sad to hear the lawn was browning. Coming out of the winter and breakup, the lawn simply didn't respond and green up well compared to the rest of the lawns in the neighborhood. We have spent several hours and made several hundred dollars additional investment in the yard raking the dead grass, fertilizing, and overseeding. We have managed to save the front yard, but over half of the backyard is gone. At the same time we installed our new yard, so did our neighbors on either side. The neighbor to our east also used Kelly and his yard looks as bad as ours. The neighbor to the west used a different contractor and has a beautiful full green yard. It has to have something to do with the quality and mix of the seed. Just know that once installed, you're on your own and it may require significant investment and effort on your part, involving other contractors to save the lawn. For an investment like this, it's worth investigating prior jobs and interviewing past customers to ensure you're getting the right contractor with the knowledge of Anchorage soil needs and the necessary seed applications.

I dealt with Chase. He was on time, professional, made recommendations for the project and was personable. He gave an estimate within a few days. It wasn't our cheapest bid but he was on Angieslist and had very good reviews. Also I was impressed when he came for the estimate. He was great about working around a day sleeper next to the area. He told me it would take one day. He arrived at 8:30 and was finished mid afternoon. The project included working around a tree stump with above ground roots which we wanted to keep. It turned out great!

Very low maintenance on my part. Lawn always looked good, they adjusted their timing based on weather etc. and I never had to call. They did what they said they would do and charges were always appropriate for the service provided. Billing was timely and accurate. I did have some trouble getting signed up initially - web site and phone messages were not effective. I advise calling during business hours and getting a real person on the phone. That worked perfectly.

Everything was good with their service until they broke a spigot off the side of our home. The crew that broke it did not bring it to our attention. We called and told Kelly Lawn; they said they would come out and look it over and pay for damages, but they never did. In the end, they refunded our last month of lawn care to rectify the situation. Other than that, they did a fair job, but I am extremely hesitant to use them in the future.

We had some issues the following year after the job was completed and they scheduled us in to make certain the job was done correctly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are very honest and hard workers!

They were pricey, but they did a good job. I am not sure whether the grass needs to be bagged in the future.

I got a late start...they came and hydro-seeded the lawn. I was a little sceptical seeding this late in the season but they assurd me that they touch up anything that didn't come back the next spring. Sure enough...they did. Happy customer.

Went well. The workers were very helpful and communicative. The work looks nice.

The two guys shaved up on time and ready to work. They were courteous and meticulous with the job that needed to be done and the clean up. In addition, they were super friendly.

From the start to finish, it was a really smooth experience. Their estimator was great. Their installation people did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. The finished product was great. They are a super professional company from start to finish. They were great. We got a couple of quotes and they were the cheapest.

They responded the next day. I had the impression the job was too small, the office person said she would get back to me after she spoke with the supervisor. I waited a week and no response. The utter lack of courtesy will result in me never calling again. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, they could have at least emailed and related they wouldn't be doing the work. This experience just continues to support my belief of the extreme lack of customer service that is offered here.
