 + 0 moreI have worked with J&S several times now and I appreciate that the same people come out over the years which suggests turnover is low and is helpful as they know the work I need done so a separate appointment to get an estimate is not needed. The work is always thorough and the staff careful as they move around the house to keep things tidy. I look forward to continuing to work with J&S for all my future floor, rug, vents cleaning needs!

We made arrangements for the rug to be picked up, and although there was a delay in pick up, the representative called me to advise of the delay and alternate arrangements were made. All in all, the service was good and I would use the service again.

They picked it up, cleaned it up, disinfected it and put some other stuff on it to preserve it. I had no issues and they brought it back to the house. I would use them again. They're very professional, they did a good job and it turned out great.
