It went pretty well. When I had called I told them I told J&S that I wouldn't be home til 3:30pm. I got home and the cleaner arrived 10 minutes after I got home which was really good. I didn't want to wait around for them. The cleaner was really professional, friendly, and a hard worker. The only thing I was not completely satisfied with was that he didn't put any pre-spray underneath the sofa or arm chair. It's not a big deal because it's not an area that gets dirty often. But I did almost pay $300, so I would like it to be cleaned rather then just a soak and suck. Also, J&S is not the cheapest cleaner in Anchorage, buy my philosophy is is I would rather pay more to get a quality service rather than skimp to try and save money for a lesser clean.

It was ready to be picked within a week but since I was not able to be home for the delivery or had time to pick it up, they wrapped it up securely in protective plastic wrap when I was ready to pick it a week after. They were very understanding and courteous. GREAT customer service!

They finally responded yesterday. It went very well. They did a nice job. It did cost another almost $60. We had some communication problems. For the work they did, I would give them an A. The work that they did was very good. Once we got on the same page, everything went smoothly. The price was a little bit high.

Great - the wool rug had some fading on it before I took it in to them and it came back looking better than when I first got it.

I dropped off the rug and was met by one of the owners who pulled it out of my truck and carried in. He gave me a little tour of the area where they clean the rugs and a short lesson of the methods and detergents they use or would be using to clean and dry the rug. After less than a week, I received a call that it was ready for pick up. I am very satisfied with the customer service of this company and the good care they used in cleaning my rug. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future.

It went well. It went fine. I also purchased a couple of the matting that goes underneath the rug. I can't remember exactly the cost. The wool rugs i know costs more. They're the main place that you can take your area rug here in town. Other companies will not take an area rug. This one here, I guess they have something where you can put the rug in to get it cleaned. I had called another company and they referred me to J&S, sure enough when I called, they've got something big enough to clean the rug with, I guess. They're helpful and very easy to work with. Maybe reason they held on to it for so long was it had to dry.

carpet was soft to the touch, no odor and was treated with Scotch Guard.

Cleaning was thorough and excellent as expected. I have used them many times and our beige carpeting ends up looking brand new. Sometimes they even have a Groupon Deal ;)

I called them and let them know that this was unacceptable, they sent out a specialist and she took care of it. They are very user friendly and easy to talk to.

On time, great work, great technician. Very apparent that tech knew his business. He advised what would clean up and what wouldn't. On top of it, I bought a coupon in 2013 that I forgot about and they honored it even though it had expired. The way it should be. Don't hesitate, if you need their service, go for it.

We usually go with J & S. We generally get it done twice a year. I'd recommend them. The quality is excellent.

It went very well. They are very good. We've used them several times and we like them. They came properly. They did the work promptly and well. It was a positive experience. The price was reasonable.

They have always done a good job although it has been about a year since we used them. The project was pretty expensive. I think they are probably on the higher end of the price scale, but they do a good job. They have good equipment, good personnel and are clean and neat. They do a quality job, there is no question about it. There were no real issues. The last time I used them I had some deck cushions that needed to be re-cleaned and I was not told that there was a minimum charge so I was quite surprised when I got the bill. It cost me quite a bit more than I was anticipating. That is probably my fault and not theirs. Their quality of service is always good.

I have not had anything from them recently, but I have used them in the past and I really love the job they do. They seemed pretty knowledgeable. When they were cleaning the stairs they explained why stairs get dirty in the areas they do, especially with the basement underneath. They were not pushy trying to do a sales job. I have had other carpet cleaning services do that. This company would offer to do my upholstery and say it was one of their services, but they did not tell me I really needed it done, which other companies have done. I just thought they were very polite and courteous of the environment there. They were thoughtful of not letting the dog out. I definitely want to use them again and have used them for at least two years in a row. I have been pretty happy. I have done carpet cleaning cheaper, but the service was not as good. Their pricing could be better, but it is not as bad as some. They were very prompt.
